Look SecretFly, even though I am a Dutch fan (because I live there) does not mean that I have not had countless digs at Robben. The man annoys the shoite out of me and I was hoping that he would get a ban after admitting on Dutch TV that he dived against Mexico. My points about Robben have been very harsh on here, the only difference between him and Neymar is that Robben doesn't feign an injury to get players carded or sent off like Neymar.
My post above was purely about Brazil and had nothing to do with Holland

Yesterday's Tour de France stage was won by a German rider, today's by a Dutch rider. Just saying.

Aggression on field is good but on life is not good, chill out , if you really wanna help the country and the needy people there are many ways to do it.
Didn't I explain it clearly, its not about investment its about corruption, you are mixing the two and getting confused.
No I don't live there, nor am I there now. It's why I don't post stating that the denizens of that country are idiots for disagreeing with how their money is spent.
If you honestly think that the place is corrupt but that it's okay because the money made (which in effect these big occasions don't make long term money for the hosts,) is going back to them then your deluded.
If you think the investment is going to benefit the lowest denominator over there then your still deluded and as such should STFU about a situation you don't really know about.
I get really annoyed with so called do-gooders stating they know better than the people that live there due to personal experiences so when you come on here spouting that they need to get a grip it winds me up.

So you yourself clarified your argument is meaningless and you lose your anger and emotion like a kid would do without thinking and analyzing.
If you read my earlier comment, I clearly mentioned a few points how Fifa World cup contributed to economy of Brazil with respect to investment, I will reitraite the point as you find it difficult to read but easy post attitude.
1]Stadiums were re-engineered
2]Stadiums were constructed
3]Accommodations and hotels were constructed
4]Many new railway lines were constructed.
5]Many new entertainment center were constructed.
6]Raw Materials manufacturing construction firms and employees benefited out of it.
7]Several endless companies benefited out of this.
etc,.....
Who got jobs? foreign morons like you? Hell no, local residents and many jobless got new projects and made a life out of it last 5 years.
Which part of the community got jobs? All
Note: Class division is purely based on economy/poverty/wealth
1]Upper class Investors got new projects to invest
2]lower Upper Class Engineers got projects to Engineer
3]Lower Middle Class and Lower Class got projects to complete and make salary from it.
Where do you think the $8+ Billion Dollar went? do you think they were burn't? Silly there were investments for the nation.
Where did the $8+Billion Dollar acquired from? FDI , I am pretty sure you have no clue what FDI means, so lemme explain - Foreign Direct Investment like TV Global rights etc,..
Last but not least, ok the World Cup is coming to an end now what to do with all these expensive stadiums? well this will act as an infra-structure for kids aka Future Champions like Ronaldo, Rivaldo, Pele etc,...
What ever investment made, they acquired it from various parts of the world so how come its a loss? the only loss is by corruption, i.e the silly politicians looting money on the name of the projects, but that will happen on any project let alone this project, so don't blame FIFA World cup for it.
Hope I have clarified enough for you childish brain to understand, and next time you need STFU before thinking what you gonna talk.
You get annoyed coz you were born with a little brain to think before acting and not coz of do-gooders.
Riots never solve a problem, it only brings the economy further down, do you think the government, law officials would have no clue about projects? i really feel sorry for you.

Are you a complete idiot??? I don't need to answer that as you just need to read your answer.
You need to STFU about stuff you know nothing about. The poor population have benefited nothing from the world cup, they're rioting/holding vigils because they are seeing no benefit at all except for the upper eons of their society.
For you to completely disregard it shows you think your own Poopie smells smarter.
You do realise in most places like Brazil a lot of the slum towns get 'cleaned up' This generally means tearing down the crappy looking buildings making the area look nice. What Plums like you don't realise is a lot of them are people's business's (This happens in Nigeria before things like elections etc.) and makes people homeless.
Oh yeah as for them local jobs are they the same ones people were saying they were being overworked, paid a pittance and were unsafe (You might not have noticed but a few people died on them projects.)
I know what will happen to them stadiums, they'll be handed over to football teams or left to rot, the local populace won't benefit. The people at the bottom end of the scale definately won't benefit.
You are the reason people struggle to get out of poverty because your opinion is, 'they're throwing them 5 quid a month they'll be fine.'

Haha, mate your (our?) lads definitely have a chance. This is less a prediction, and more a gut feel. I'll gladly be wrong, but I'm going with 2-1 Argentina, maybe 3-1 with a sucker punch goal. I suppose that was a prediction

Would like Holland to win for two reasons a) they're long overdue a World Cup and b) a first European win in South America would be nice. Add to that that it's highly questionable whether Argentina would have gotten this far if it wasn't for Messi (in that way they're in a rather similar position to Brazil) while I feel Holland have succeeded more as a team.

Oh hamstring injury... Shame, I like the guy. Always nice to see Mascherano playing in his proper position. He's a class destroyer. A Riquelme type would have been the tonic. I think the winner of Sneijder-Mascherano goes a long way.

Your own statments proved your superb dumb,
I clearly explained corruption as the issue and corrupt politicians for the mess and not the Project Fifa World Cup, why can't you read your reference before quoting, atleast you don't embaress yourself publicly and not knowing what you are arguing for.
All the reference you quoted exactly explains my topic, you need to take chill pill, read your own reference and stop being a cry baby.
Please re-read my post as well as your reference and you will STFU yourself.
Its brainless people like you encouraging negative social activities without understanding the root cause creates the problem.
Please re-read the entire post to understand.
I will repost to make you understand Kid
