A-Game - Serve, volley, aggression, grass court movements, big forehands [all], backhand slices, topspins and flatout shots DTL and experience in handling points and holding nerves.

Weakness - Lack of Stamina to play a longer 5 set game [compared to his prime], Mid match focus lapse, Loops balls on backhands, slow 2nd servers [off late a big problem].

Crowd Support - Big time on, will be undoubtedly the crowd favorite , 80-20 should be expected.

Historical Achievement - First ever Men's Champion of all time [Yes all time] to win 8 Wimbledon  titles. 18 Grand Slams.

Key Strengths - Return, movement, stamina, Backhand [all], Big points play.

A-Game - Backhand [all], Forehand  [all], Super Serbian Serves, Rebound Aces [Returns], Pace Variance [Slow and Fast Mix], passing shots, lobs, slices, top spins, volleys, drop shots.

Weakness - Grass court movements, lack of confidence, mid match focus lapse pressure to perform and Lack of Crowd Support

Crowd Support - Generally loves to play against the crowd, it won't be different tomorrow, 20% plus support should be expected.

Prediction: Djoko is more or less determined and I guess destined to win his 2nd Wimbledon given his age , stamina and experienced coach Becker.

Even if Fed doesn't break serve if he sneaks a few points it might rattle Novak and the same applies to Novak. Also, would the crowd play a part in this? Pro Federer crowd may get into Novak's head maybe?

Some poor decisions from Federer early on. Those silly shots can be the difference here especially in a t/b.

Novak is holding serve easier here...not good signs for Federer fans!

He needs to try to get into the Novak serve and get a couple of points or else Fed is putting pressure on his own serve this early on. And we have A DF!

More probs with Djoko serve then Raonices.

This is more a case of Novak giving up points on errors than Roger winning them which is the opposite for Novak

You'd think Nadal would want Federer to win, from a competition point of view. Eighteen slams would be a lot, but Nadal has never struck me as a guy who obsesses over such things. In any case even if Federer were to win, it would hardly scare him for future matches... Don't think Nadal would want Djokovic to regain that winning feeling.

Timed my first dip in well as we're approaching the business end (also got caught in the peeing rain). Looks like a decent match.

See Nadal v Kukushkin (1st set) or Nadal v Kyrgios. Neither could touch the Spanish serve yet won TBs.

Has any player been a victim of the sucker punch set loss more than Nole?

Novak looking exceptional on the return as usual, has had the better of it but...no break. He needs this first set, I think.

Fed's super serve is deserting him in this match when it mattered the most :-(
