First topic message reminder :
I can live with diving but when going down on purpose injures a player it's going too far really. You're trying to con the ref and injure someone.

Kramer off, he stayed on much longer than anticipated after getting that shocking hit to the head from the Argentinian number 2.

Agree with that. German CBs are worryingly slow against the Argies.

Schurrle on for Germany. He has been impressive when coming on in this tournament so far and it could be a positive change for them attacking wise.

Hummels is being torn a new one by Messi. Isn't Lahm also the best left back in the world?

Germany has had some bad fouls but Argentina have been as bad if not worse and gotten away with everyone so far.

Muller nearly crotched that in. Uncanny ability to find himself in places where he can score

I think the linesman had his flag up immediately so the goal would not have been allowed even if it did go in.

Is anyone capable of playing well up front next to Messi? Higuain's looked rubbish so far.

He put his flag up the moment Muller touched it, before then he was inactive.

Football needs an NFL rule. Head injury means the player cannot continue. You'd have to carry Kramer off in a world cup final

Ozil needs to be subbed sooner or later, he's a passenger in this game.

Higuain made no attempt to play the ball, what exactly is Neuer meant to do?

if an out field player did that jumping with his head but kneeded the other trying to get the ball he would have been in serious trouble , in this case the keeper gets the free kickNachos Jones wrote:kingraf wrote:Sorry, football is a collision sport... Its in the box, and Neuer gets there first.

I just find it amusing that the people who've been moaning about penalies being given when defenders were nowhere near the ball are calling for a penalty when Neuer actually got there first
