if an out field player did that jumping with his head but kneeded the other trying to get the ball he would have been in serious trouble , in this case the keeper gets the free kick  

The keeper was in his Box, has every right to punch the ball away. Happens all the time in corners. It was an unfortunate collision, nothing more. Certainly no free kick to Germany but a throw in to Argentina. A keeper is not an outfield player and has the right to go for the ball in his box.

Dangerous play from the keeper. Any time a keeper knees a player in the the head it's dangerous play. He knew he did wrong and it was written all over his face.
