The board won't care.

They agreed to sell Del Piero to Liverpool before he went to Australia. It was Del Piero himself who turned down the move and he's a proper Juvenita. Vidal ain't

I think any United fan who is pinning his hopes on Liverpool not getting Vidal because of Heysel are kidding themselves. It'll be whoever charms Vidal best out of United and Liverpool IMO.

Half effort tactics? That's some Bull crap propaganda and I'm not just excepting that, the whole point of this league was limited short tactics, if we're going to scout the opposition and do team talk it should have been agreed from the start. I've lost out there.

I almost docked a goal for the reference to the "BBC's best World Cup CB" too.

"And here comes the BBC best World Cup CB 2014, passes it to the 2011 Chelsea U21s LB of the season, forward down the line to Poland's 2006 Young Sports Personality of the Year, crosses to the BBC-voted three time African Footballer of the Year. Goal!"

I think Azzy's look longer because of the sub bits but mostly because he used bullet points and not flowing text so it spreads the page.

Word for word I didn't think there was anything wrong.

A manager using propaganda to big up his own team and discredit the opposition. Well that'd never happen in the real world.

Sorry Viva but I stick by my comment, your tactics this week were pretty much the same as the week before and whilst we've been instructed to shorten them, there's a difference between 'shorten' and sending your team haikus.

Before the league started I was told that tactics must be short and to be about your own side. It's OK I'll follow your lead from now on when doing tactics.

Unfortunately some managers have not stuck to the agreement Sodhat, they shouldn't have received their bonus.

To be fair Viva, rules were always going to evolve as time went on. People seem to have settled on a few points for attack and defense which isn't gregarious. When FL posted an essay week 1 I did say it was too long. As long as people aren't taking the urine I'm not going to get overly strict.

Everyone but Olly can add 1m, Sodhat 1.5m

A two goal hero is the player of the week as he made Bordeaux Depay for being too defensive.

The manager of the week is Viva for giving us all a lesson in graceful acceptance.

Four top Chelsea players have been fined by their club after a drinking binge in a hotel packed with American tourists grieving over the US terror attacks.
The incident happened just 24 hours after the attacks and included stripping, swearing and vomiting at the hotel near Heathrow airport, which was full with Americans stranded by flight cancellations, according to the News of the World.

The group included England Under 21 stars Frank Lampard, Jody Morris, John Terry and former Chelsea defender Frank Sinclair.

They were joined by Icelandic International Eidur Gudjohnsen, 23.

John Terry and Frank Lampard
Terry and Lampard at the start of the season
Chelsea's football game that night against Bulgarian team Levski Sofia had just been called off as a mark of respect for victims of the attacks when the players went on the five-hour binge.

Antonio Parisini, a manager at Heathrow's Posthouse hotel, said: "They were causing lots of noise and knocking things over in the bar and upsetting everyone. They were really drunk."

The players later moved on to the nearby Airport Bowl bowling alley, where they shocked onlookers by diving down the lanes head first.

Chelsea managing director Colin Hutchinson condemned the players' behaviour as "totally out of order" and said they had each been fined two weeks' wages by the club.

The money - more than £100,000 - will be donated to the fund helping families of the victims of the America disaster.

Hutchinson also stressed that none of the four Chelsea players had intended to insult or abuse any member of the public, least of all Americans affected by the events in their homeland.

He said: "Obviously we are condemning their behaviour by fining them. We have acted very quickly in this matter as we were only told about it on Friday night.

Jody Morris
Jody Morris was amongst the troublemakers
"Claudio Ranieri and myself met the players first thing Saturday morning.

"Normally we would not tackle disciplinary matters on the day before an important game, but because of the seriousness of the matter, we have done so.

"In the meeting with the players, we reminded them again of their responsibilities.

"They were categorical that in no way had they intended to insult any individuals and they said that they certainly didn't abuse anyone.

"They were loud between themselves but they, like everyone at the club, have been as hurt and moved by what has happened in the United States as anyone else.

"Their behaviour was totally out of order but there is no way that the players went out to insult or abuse anyone."
