Surrey have named a fourteen man squad for the NatWest T20 Blast game against the Kent Spitfires at Canterbury this evening.
Aneesh Kapil returns to the squad and George Edwards is included for the first time in this year’s competition.

I thought we had Kent exactly where we wanted them at one time but stupidly forgot that if Key doesn't get Surrey then Stevens does.

Now Wilson's gone - that's 5 wickets in 14 balls. For the first 15 overs of each innnings we were comfortably winning - we've lost this in the last 5 of each innings!

I know the game didn't mean anything but have been impressed with Kent this season, with the young talent they have (bell drummond, cowdery, northeast, billings, riley etc..) they are my team to watch next year.

Also a word on Darren Stevens, what a player he has been, seriously underrated in my opinion.

Surrey vs Worcestershire will be a good game.
