The v2 wrestling brain of the year 2014

Hi there,

I was thinking of running a competition that was similar to one done on the old Beeb - basically a wrestling debating society.

The premise is simple:

A contestant list is drawn up
The contestants are then put in to a head to head battle against each other (maybe three ways depending on numbers who apply).
Each "bout" is given a topic to debate in under 500 words.
Everyone else then votes on the best argument for the topic at hand
Contestants remain anonymous to allow unbiased voting
Winners go through, losers go home
The winner is declared v2 Mass Debater of 2014!

The times changed, people moved on from the repetitive 4/4 beats with offbeat hi-hat cymbals and synthesised basslines.

Done and sent - not sure I got the jist of what to do but I tried!!!

Sent mine in. I hope my opponent tried to argue the opposite opinion from mine, or I could be in trouble already. Harder than you think.
