Floyd-Maidana
First topic message reminder :
Talk about low key! Here we are, days from a Mayweather fight and it hasn't got a mention. Speaks volumes really doesn't it, I can't say I'm up for it at all but I'll still tune in. Not much on the undercard either....

Re: Floyd-Maidana
I didn't stay up for this as I felt the result was predictable. UD Floyd was always going to be the outcome.
I think Maidana's style will always pose the odd problem for Floyd, I just think Maidana isn't quite good enough to maximise its effectiveness. Maidana put Canelo to shame though as I felt Floyd couldn't really hurt Canelo that much so why he didn't get stuck in and use his strength advantage more I'll never know. Canelo just seemed content to stay at range eating Floyd's shots, shots he said didn't even hurt.
Well done Floyd. Move on now and fight Pac or another big prospect like Thurman.
