khan refused US visa,mayweather retire in 2015

Khan has been refused a visa to attend the fight and mayweather says he has 2 more fights after this.
Will they ever face each other now,seems unlikely. If he wins makes him 49-0, but we all know he would want to beat rocky record, who wouldn't in that position? It would be a point for his precious legacy, that he didn't try and would always come up when looking back at his career.

It's been sorted now, apparently it was granted and then when got to the airport they said it had been rejected.

But it did reference when Khan had to train in Canada before a fight and mementioned his religion being a factor-which is ridiculous in my opinion.

I thought that if you had a British passport you didn't need a visa.

He said he believed it was down to him being Muslim, however boxing news are reporting it's because of his frequent trips to Pakistan.

Stupid me, I'd forgotten that everything changed in the USA after 9-11. I just remembered that as long as you had a British passport and a return ticket, they allowed you a 90 day stay.

I suppose though, that Khan must have had some type of business visa in the past. One that allowed him an extended stay as he had fought and made money fighting in America.
