Europe thread who will Barnes fawn over?
A couple of weeks to go until we can enjoy European rugby,so lets have a laugh a run over scenarios that will or could happen,
for a start we know Stuart Barnes will verbally dry hump some poor player to death,so much to the point we will all hate the player by the end of the season even thou he aint done nothing wrong.
I think it will be poor old Dan Biggars turn this year, good old Barnes was starting to fall in love with him a little this weekend Munster V Ospreys.
Whats your thoughts? will we hear about "the Saints marching on" or the "Pedigree of Leicester"
lets rip lads this place is getting so boring its looking like more and more like afternoon tea these days.

Let me work this one out....
If Barnes is dry-humping a player, that means everyone else hates that player, that means that the player is cutting European rugby to pieces with flair, guile, invention, stamina, power, accuracy and, in general terms, all round rollickin' genius?
Hmmm............ Dave. Is it wishful thinking on your part that Barnes would be salivating over Dan this year? You dirty minded divil but enjoy the sleaze if it happens.

Pretty much anyone in a Leinster shirt if the last few seasons are anything to go by. Sometimes I swear you could hear him reaching for the tissues.

So what!? He likes success. I guess he'll be rambling poetically about the ghost of Wilkinson in the next few years, as the ghost of soft talking Jonny motivates Toulon to their OOH AHH three in a row. In short - Barnes backs winners.... which is a very good ploy when you want to make few bob at the dogs.

I think you are probably right! Certainly you don't hear so much about the 'passion' of Munster from him since they fell away a little.

Gael Fickou. I know he had a soft spot for him last year so maybe he has moved on to bigger and better...

Anything they do, even if getting 40+ points put on them he will gush over ford et all. And if they get even a simple penality try you will hear the explosion in his pants over the mike
