The only prediction I'm going to make is that Glasgow fans will be complaining about Owens on the poor refs thread on Sunday.

I'll only complain if Nigel "I'm the referee" Owens doesn't say something priceless.

Hopefully with Nigel Owens in charge it'll make for an open entertaining game of rugby that results in a win and TBP for Ulster but no points for Glasgow Fingers Crossed

If Glasgow lose with a 4-1 points split we'd still be two points ahead of Ulster and you'd still have to come to Scotstoun. Really anything less than 5-0 and you're facing a struggle to catch us.
Still, if the MFL lose today they're having their end of season dinner dance next week.

Not been paying as much attention to Ulster as i should this season. that does not look to me like the strongest of teams they are putting out.

The only area that is weak is the halfbacks.

Just a lot of names I am not aware of:

Ludik and McCloskey in backs then both props and locks.

Owens: no penalty for that collision which is proof enough Ulster got robbed last year against Saracens.

Completely correct decision and fair play to Owens for not giving in to the crowd who of course will still be hurting after the red last season.

If anything these air collisions are actually more dangerous because players are seizing up when they reach the ball. Players are afraid to challenge and it is just making things even more messy. It has never been this big an issue.

There are similar situations every week and often this isn't even a penalty, Ulster got robbed this is now clear as water.

Silly by Fusaro - wait until your 9 tells you that the scrum is over rather than popping up.

We clearly don't need to add any more pressure on ourselves.

This game is made for Matawalu to break up.

Does anyone know whom Glasgow has on the bench now due to Murchie's call off and Schlong being forced to start?

Stuart McCloskey is really putting his hands up for a starting place in the Champions Cup.  I'd love to see him given a chance at 13 actually.

Glasgow should not be trying to play fancy rugby at the moment. That should have been kicked right down the Ulster end.

Didn't see the Naka sinbinning but it's that sort of thing that loses teams tight games.

I actually think that we need to break the game up. The second half is made for guys like Gray, DTH and Matawalu.

IHumph is nailing his kicks, so we need to score tries as Ulster don't seem set to make that many mistakes.

Glasgow up against it here if they want to get anything from this game. I like the way they played the last 5 minutes but mistakes and turnovers are killing us. Bench is going to be crucial here. We will see JG and Niko sooner rather than later. Fusaro is not having one of his better games so expect to go for the bigger more direct back row

Glasgow are being outmuscled so far and Ulster are well on top at scrum time which is not a surprise as the Glasgow's scrum has been back pedaling all season. Welsh, Cusack as well as Grant are being sorely missed.
