First topic message reminder :
Probably much easier to get motivated to play for AC Milan than QPR. But I agree with Crimey (for once ), Taarabt should be fired for misconduct if this is true.

Song better than most central midfielders in the league, Noble not being in the England squad looking more laughable by the game. Sakho and Valencia scare every defence. God, if only we'd got rid of that dinosaur Allardyce eh Nick?
Anyways west ham were good had to ride there luck a little but that's always the case if you're gonna beat the best sides about

Two questions:
Can Chelsea go the whole season unbeaten? Can they break the 100 point barrier?

Oh that one, I dunno, it came quick and was bouncing about. I think we rode our luck almost as much as City did, probably more to some extent but thats what happens when Aguero is against you. And that Silva goal, you don't complain when you concede something that outstanding. City played it wrong for 70 mins, Silva ran the show the second he was moved.

They have the squad to do it so wouldn't be surprised if they managed it

Geezus that's a horrendous fixture list
Arsenal X2
Utd X2
Citeh
Everton
Who the phuck draws these things up? Still they've beaten the smaller teams, which is more than can be said of other clubs with big 4 ambitions.

Well if they bomb out of the Champions League and fail to put up a decent defence of their title then he'll probably be under pressure from those upstairs too.

Southampton best team we've played this season and only team I couldnt argue with the result. We should have beat Spurs, should have beat Hull when we drew and Man United didn't deserve their three points, but Southampton had us on toast all over the pitch

Warnock was laughed at, but what he does know is how to build on the principles Pulis had. Doing a decent job.
Sanchez, may not have been the thing Arsenal desperately needed, but hes showing himself very well and, like United with Di Maria, always add top quality when you can

They are measuring the goals at Swansea due to complaints by the Leicester coaching staff.

As an aside... could anybody please explain why Cardiff and Swansea play in the EPL? I know there's a Welsh premier league, because I once watched Liverpool play the Welsh league champions in a Champs league qualifier eons ago.

Re: We Go Again! The 2014/15 Premier League Thread
I think that every welsh club in the english league (Swansea, Cardiff, Wrexham, Newport etc) were formed at a time when there wasn't a professional welsh league. The league of wales was only formed in 1992 or 1993 or something, a long time after these clubs were formed, therefore, those clubs have always been in the English league. They also would want to stay for financial reasons etc.

Re: We Go Again! The 2014/15 Premier League Thread
Cheers mate, I figured finances meant there's no way they'd want to leave the English league, just didn't understand how they got in in the first place.

West Ham were outstanding today. Credit where's it due to west ham he really has turned west ham around. No longer giving the crowd neck ache and they play very good football. 100% going to end top half. Citeh on the other hand, well justice really. Bring in English players.

It does seem strange that despite west ham being top four, having just beaten man city, the media wants to focus on Russell brand. But hey hoguildfordbat wrote:Do the idiots in charge of MotD really think their viewers want to see Brand?

Love how the Palace players didn't even appeal when Zaha went down in the area, even they have had enough of him. Can't be throwing away 2-0 leads. Palace also in a big battle this season.

That elbow is ridiculous, although I'd hope and believe to begin with that its not intentional.
Russell is a lovely bloke and just an excited fan with a bit of sway who can get away with that stuff. First time ive ever seen him look a little bit lost in front of a camera, that was a bit emotion of football over thought through act.

I dunno, people often jump with leading arms, I could imagine he then left it there anyway as his focus is probably entirely on the ball being headed in in front of him. I dont think anyone jumps with an elbow at that angle from that range and intentionally decides hes gonna lead into someones head

Re: We Go Again! The 2014/15 Premier League Thread
Bony is better than Swansea, thats for sure.
Balotelli played alright from what ive seen, worked harder and caused problems. Should have scored but I don't think hes being treated fairly by people.
