Keith Thurman v Leonard Bundu Mandalay Bay 13/12/2014
This seen this has been announced! This looks like a good scrap. If there is anyone to derail the Thurman hype train, I reckon its Bundu. Kudos for both taken the fight, I which Bundu thoroughly deserves.
How dyers see this one going?

Should he win then hopefully a Brook or Bradley bout should be made......I hope.

Bundu is most certainly a tough fight, if Thurman blasts Bundu out then he is seriously the real deal.

I remember when Bundu was being considered for Brook and it was dismissed out of hand, the same applies to Thurman who should be facing better.

Ever the optimist Alex. Thurman will beat Bundu but it's not a victory which gaves him a place in the world league (where most suspect he deserves to be). This is a lateral step for Thurman. It certainly doesn't prove he's this or that. Bundu's best result is a narrow win over Gavin (himself not proven at world level). I'm not saying Gavin is not an extremely talented fighter, because he is, however if the rumors are true, it would appear, that at times, he has unprofessional attitude.
Had Bundu not fought Gavin then most wouldn't know who he was... fewer still would give Thurman any real credit for a victory over him. Infact, I doubt this fight proves anything to the American audience.
Well done to Bundu for taking the fight.

Good but not great fight but like GGG you got one punch ko power but little money behind you it's gonna be a long journey to the top untill you get a lucky break
He just has to look impressive vs Bundy, get the KO then keep waiitng for the public to demand the bigger fights

Thurman is an Al Haymon fighter is he not so therefore can't see him struggling to get the big fights if he wants them.

Thurman ends him in the first half via ancient Japanese technique only recently performed by Yoshimitsu on Tekken.

Bundu is a good european level fighter. So far Thurman, against anyone he's butchered, has seemed above Bundu's level.
Thurman by 7th round KO.

3fingers, Bundu will be more known in this country for beating Purdy as it was on Sky, not sure how many "casual" fans actually know who Frankie Gavin is.

Bundu will get HIMSELF knocked out in this fight, he's a bit too brave for his own good. You'd think he was a knockout merchant the way he fights. He's exceptionally courageous, strong and fit....if he had Maidanas power he'd be a VERY good world champion (though if he was a puncher with a decent work rate his stamina probably would be as good).
