To be fair, you can get anything at Derby station. Anthrax is high on the menu

I get he was bald, but he looked very little like an eagle. I mean, I could squint and he'd still look like a bald older gentleman but never an eagle.

I presume it's to do with the bald eagle from the Muppets.

I don't see enough likeness there.
