Chelsea were one of those teams like Newcastle who had good periods and bad periods. They weren't established like United or Arsenal.

It was the Roman money that helped them establish.

Without it they wouldn't have had the success they did imo

A donkey could see Chelsea would be midtable without Roman's illegally obtained oil money

Ken Bates had already set them on their way. Roman's money fasttracked them.

City on the other hand were nowhere when Sheikh Mansour turned up.

Chelsea would have gone bust with Bates running the club. No way would they have won the title.

I'll be playing 6-a-side that day until 7:30pm so wont be online until 7:45pm earliest. Which would be ok to most but Tyke is a Hitler wannabe and doesn't allow latecomers.

Azzy is too busy with his old boats

I bought some pirate wear the other day, for my Christmas party. I've sort of gone middle ground. So a jacket, eye patch, sword and telescope. I can't go full pirate. I can't go wig.

I am majorly busy, I won't lie. I'm working out how to programme in electrical works, installation of mast lighting, sump works, replacement of manhole covers, replacement of flooring, new staff starting, planning permission application, wedding licenses, talks by our hawk man, disabled access day, Christmas events, plus 1,000 other things. I don't think my employer realised what they were doing when they gave me the job.

On the plus side, I can take time off whenever I like, as I can flexi-time myself. Having no boss has its advantages

We're down a manager as Juan caught an STD off an unnamed person...(Viva/Olly....) Hence why he's not around

There in the middle really. Have Buffon/Xavi/Berardi/Motta/Brahimi/Alderweireld etc Could use a re-build.

They were champions under Afro (Fergie) and then TSJ (Moyes) took over and they slipped precipitously.

I took Montpellier to second last season, although we seem to be punching above our weight.
