Well that's ok then. That reporting annoys me immensely.
I expect the Blouse to get two wins in these next two games.

Re: Cardiff v Puff the magic dragon - Boxing Day
I was fairly impressed by the Dragons against a pretty strong Zebre side in particular the scrum which looked very solid with Brok Harris at TH, Blues should win this leg as they have a much longer turnaround but the Rodney Parade encounter should be a very close one.

Very excited for both fixtures. Two proper rugby stadiums that have a great buzz when full. I think we'll win both games. But i also thought we'd win our first five league games. We have to be confident going in as we've quietly won 7 of our last 10 games over all comps.

Oh dear Lord why is Evans back at 12. Thomas was actually good against the Scarlets.

Hammett knows what he's doing, I hope. Needs time anyway.

Yes CD. I guessed where it came from, but it still annoys me. The biggest thing should be he will miss the double header, but should be fit for the European games (big deal for us and Cardiff Blues at the mo), or even the Dregs game v Ospreys.

How did the ref miss the most obvious knock on in the world?

Re: Cardiff v Puff the magic dragon - Boxing Day
Hammett gambled that he could rest a load of key players and still win. He lost.
Anscombe should have started, G.Davies kicking game was absolutely dire.
Forwards were awful
Jenkins, Vosawai, Dacey and Anscombe should have started.
Playing G.Davies and G.Evans at 10 and 12 was suicide.

Defo under estimated the oppo, but on the plus side, many lessons learnt. Hope he's sharpening his axe as Roger sharpens his saw.
Not convinced by Anscombe. Missing touch by a country mile with 15 secs left on the clock is not on. As for Jiffy banging on about Cuthbert's defence; made me laugh anyway.

I envisage the Drags catching and driving from their own 5m line and mauling their merry way to a try under the sticks. There we are then. Happy new year and all that.

I enjoyed the game. Heres a thought tho - on the ref. Twice a flag for foul play, twice the on field officials made the call, twice they got it right without needing the replay. Comments?

Good advert for the Pro 12 really good game with the correct result. I suspect the blues thought they could win wiith squad rotation, big mistake. Well done Dragons but must apply this form to non Welsh teams.

I just hope Mark Hammett can deliver the goods next season, its obvious hes written off this Pro12 season as a test/development one for his squad. Hence all the ridiculous rotations and playing players out of position.

Always seems that way down there, but our lot bunch up generally and do a bit of a repertoire, whereas there's only so much you can shout Cardiff, Cardiff I expect.

Haha. Well only two I cared a out when we could/should've finished above you. Unlucky today Wales butt. A wounded Blues will be dangerous at RP. If I'm honest, I thought you'd get near a WBP today and grind a result at Dave too. You'll be a different side next week, whereas we can't make many (if any) changes.

Very impressed with the Dixon/Morgan centre partnership. Those two will go far.

He may have had a point if he said James Thomas instead of Coombs: 17 carries and 26 tackles from the youngster stats he can only dream of these days.

Re: Cardiff v Puff the magic dragon - Boxing Day
James Thomas was good. I can kind of see Powell's point about how there were three or four better performers than Landman in our pack yesterday. Probably four (Dee, Coombs, Thomas and maybe Cudd). I thought he did at one point name four Welsh players, but I was probably just as Powell'd up at that point.

Aye that's about right. The move to CCS killed any momentum we had, stone dead after having 2 half decent seasons. The time before that was dark and dire mind ewe. However, i'm confident that common sense will prevail one day in the not too distant future.
