It takes a bit getting used to. I haven't gone for foreigns yet but some of the teams are incredibly OP whereas my little Southampton side will be fighting relegation.

I wish people wouldn't copy me in to stupid emails I have no reason to see.

My boss does it all the time. I must get about 10 per day that I'm not even remotely involved with. He sometimes emails me too, and he's literally five yards from me.

I get copied into every single email now. I get over 400 a day. Most of which want either my opinion or approval. Imagine what I'm like on those days where I'm in meetings all day.

Right Azzy will be taking over Granada from today. He will recieve 4 tp this week and 2 extra lawyers to sort out the Granada side.

If Azzy takes on Granada, I don't agree with them getting additional TPs and lawyers either.

That team has been managed throughout and not missed out on any at any point. Theres no reason that they should get more.

They have about six players - if you take off injuries there's barely a subs bench there, and the quality is shocking throughout. You say they've been managed throughout, I'd say badly, by someone who wanted one player above all others.

The only way I'd accept 'normal' terms is if I was given a really good offer for Hazard. Much better than what was being offered before.

Maybe you could refund Hazard?

Well you best have a word with Viva about that. He was that manager.

It's not really up to me, and I'm not really that bothered, but doesn't feel right that Viva should hand it over and you get additional transfers.

Perhaps you could be given a "lawyer" for Hazard for the price he paid (i.e the chance to reverse the signing). And then you have two TPs this week, a fresh two tomorrow, plus two new lawyers tomorrow as well.

No way, I gave him a night he'll never forget and I earned every penny.

The granada side isn't that bad just need to sort the defence & buy a forward really.

I think we should have tactics in for next week instead. Have two lawyers this week, then two next week and go from there.

We need to get a confirmation page of who is around and ready for next season.

That Granada side on paper is better than paok, Basel, bremen, genk, bordeaux and twente.

Viva also needs to sort out his team page for me as I have no idea about sponsorship - has he included that? What deal was it? Etc.

And then I'll sell Hazard to the highest bidder.
