At least I got my tactics in early and done and dusted. What happens if I'm the decider on results, can someone just tell me exactly how that works?

Just the same if you wasn't.

I generally look at the starting Xi, the formations and instructions and Base my results on that.

I'm not sure where to go with my team, I kinda feel that I need to spread my budget around my team and build it like that and improve on the positions for example striker and left wing to start with and bring in another central midfielder when possible.

Fletcher off to WBA or West Ham. Hope it's the latter, Azzy doesn't deserve such a class player at the hawthorns.

If you mean a lump sum, it can already be added. If it is a weekly amount, then you add it at the same time as your £1m bonus. And is therefore in addition to the £1m.

And whoever signs Fletcher, sounds like they have got a bum deal

The teenager reported the incident to officers, describing him as white, between 20 and 30-years-old, taller than 5ft 10ins, thin and with a long, thin face.

I wouldn't want him. Reasons being:

1. Wages - more than £50k a week
2. Injury proneness - would we get 20 games a season from him? Doubtful.
3. Quality - Gardner and Mulumbu are, for me, better for our style of play than Fletcher. He's been schooled to United's way of playing. We're a Tony Pulis team. We lump the ball forward to Victor Fludding Anichebe.
4. Altitude - not sure whether Fletch could cope playing at such high altitude.
5. Nationality - he's Scottish. So many of them wanted out of our country. We should have let them.

Which leads me to the following conclusion: he should sign for Aberdeen.

1.) Didn't know you were Fletchers agent, no truth in that whatsoever.

2.) It's not about appearances, you're getting a born winner, a true leader that will rub on others.

3.) Mulumbu has no ambition, I rated him once but he seems to find his level at West Brom. Craig Gardner should be forced to walk the plank, played for both Birmingham sides and currently at Dirty Brom.

4.) Fletcher has played at a higher level and higher altitude before I don't think it'll make much difference at the hawthorns.

5.) do you know who Willie Johnston was? Shame on you Azzy.

1. There is every truth in that. My stepfather is friends with the Finance Director and Albion have not rushed in to a deal as we need to balance our wage bill before committing to a 2.5 year deal at more than £50k a week.

2. No player is born a winner, they work hard to achieve success. I'd argue however that Fletcher was more a small cog in a much larger engine at United than he was a lever.

3. Great argument. Superb. I cannot refute that.

4. Name me three grounds where Fletcher has played at higher altitude.

5. I do. He played for Albion many years ago, back when Scottish people were grateful for all my great country has done for them. They'd all be living in wattle-and-daub huts wearing plaid and woad if it wasn't for England. Some gratitude wouldn't go amiss. Like taking Andy Murray back. Make him represent Scotland, not GB, and I'll forgive them as a nation.

I'm sure Ronaldo, Rooney, RVP, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra, VDS etc had much more to do with Fletcher being a winner than his own limited ability.

He's in the class of O'Shea or Wes Brown who have had stellar careers after United

1.) Until you show concrete evidence that Fletcher will receive £50k a week it's 100% rumors are here say at the moment. He is on £70k at United, I reckon he'd receive half that at his next club.

2.) Agree with you at United he is a smaller cog but at WBA he'll be the main man, bags of experience, a winners mentality, your lot would bite at the chance of being linked with a player of Fletchs pedigree let alone signing him.

3.) Nothing more to say.

4.) I may have fibbed slightly but playing at high altitude has little bearing and I doubt it'll make any difference, Maradona pumped full of coke and other drugs at the age of 47 played at Bolivias stadium which is a damn lot higher than Hawthorns.

5.) Then you should appreciate Darren Fletcher. Your country? Huh I thought you were half Canadian, half Belgian . It's funny how you're only English when it suits you, Fletcher and many other Scots have done more for this country then you ever have or will. Agree on Andy Murray, I don't like him he's only British when it suits him just like a certain Azzy Marwood.

Fletcher at United is a solid pro at a club like West Brom he'd be a god. Azzy should be grateful they're signing him or linked with him who does he think WBA are? You couldn't hold on to Lukaku should be happy you're signing a champions league winner and Uniteds vice captain. Fletcher deserves respect and your comment about "movement" is not appreciated one bit. You wouldn't like me having a go at Cloughs drinking problems or that he liked a bung or how about causing gbh. No I won't stoop so low.

1. Obviously I can't, but I know something for a fact, and you are guessing. So I'm 100% confident in my statement. No way does he sign for us unless we move some players on.

2. If Fletcher has a winner's mentality, why move to a side whose last big trophy was in 1968? Better to sign for Celtic surely.

3. You win that one.

4. So we have Maradona pumped up with coke playing aged 47 in Bolivia, that's your proof of Fletcher doing it? I was being sarcastic in the first place but we'll call it quits for #3.

5. I've been fully, 100% English since Scotland tried to take its freedom. Guess what lads? William Wallace was hung, drawn and quartered. We won. Suck it.

He's a solid professional at any club really. See O'Shea or Brown.

Fletcher plays for Sunderland for the last 10 years, do United actually miss out on any trophies? Says it all about his "winning mentality" imo

We could hang on to Lukaku. He asked to stay. But instead we paid Everton £6m for Anichebe and they spent £5m of that on Lukaku's loan fee for the season. Our Chairman ain't that daft. They then spent £27m on him.

Odds on Viva giving a crap about Fletcher if he played for any club.

Roughly inverse to the odds of Fletcher giving a crap

1.)When West Ham sign him we'll find out how much he earns right now your guess is good as mine. I don't believe his after £50k.

2.) Because he'd much rather play against the United and Chelsea than Hamilton and Falkirk.

3.) Done.

4.) If Maradona could play at a high altitude at 47 filled with drugs I'm sure Fletcher who is renowned for great stamina would breeze it at your club.

5.) Who had the Belgium flag painted across his face. You're only English when it benefits you. didn't put stop watching England play for 10years after the Turkey game? Yeah of course you're 100 percent.

We continued to win trophies after the greatest Premier League player Eric Cantona retired, no player is bigger than the club.

Nando don't make me attack Arsenal please, a win here and there and you're getting braver than a honey badger.
