The only way we get to see who is best is to give everyone the same team, same money, same fixtures. See how they develop the side.

So there'd be 8 league managers, all with the same team. You'd then have a 9th manager - the don - who takes a different opponent each week and does generic tactics against each side. That way, it's about tactical nous and team building.

Deathmatches aside, surely there is no more pure measure of who the best managers than recognition from your peers

Azzy doesn't have the heart, he'll fight hard for the first 30 seconds punching as hard as he can. Then boom fatigue will kick in, his arms will drop and it'll only take a matter of seconds to punch him to the ground where he'll give up. Being mental takes you so far it won't give you super natural powers. I'm calling you out Mahmood.

My terms of appointment do not include this weeks tactics, as the deadline has passed. I would require an extra fee.
