Sometimes you know a kick is over as soon as it leaves a player's boot. That conversion was an example.

7 - 0 but Leinster look to be bossing the breakdown.

Not denying its a penalty. Very clearly is. Sometimes you have to anticipate a bit. I expected Sexton to get to his feet a lot quicker and Howlett would have been smashing back.

He got it wrong and paid the price. No biggie. He got a try Smile

Munster penalty at the Scrum. . . . . I know I'm amazed too. John Hayes v van der Merwe boxing

To be fair Gibbo's right he is. Leinster backrow on top. We are getting huge space down the right flank. Lineout is interesting battle today.

Are you joking? Thats most of Horans game. Sit on the wing and earn plaudits with a fairly large try count as props go.

Oh dear O'Driscoll injured. Even as Munster fan I don't want that Sad

Gibbo to me at every breakdown, every lineout and even every scrum there is a risk of a turnover. Thats how rugby is meant to be.

Ireland showing everyone the way forward. Horan is a thug. I won't condone that.

7s latest (if anyone's interested) - Wales 7 - 5 Spain : England 24 - 5 Portugal. Shoot out between England and Wales to top the pool.

The try was the best you will ever see from Mafs.RTÉ HD is looking awesome. We are conceding far too many turnovers. Is Dougie Howlett still good enough to be an All Black? He doesn't have the pace but his brain is one of the best of wingers out there.Take a note Chris Ashton.

Gibbo thats how we were coached rugby. If you respect the opposition, they respect you.

Danny Barnes is doing well I think today. Glad to see. My gut reaction was that it was flash in pan against Ospreys.

Scotland,I just lost all respect i had for you.Ashton is a finisher.A decent one but he offers nothing else. His 6N tries came from the genius of Toby Flood rather than his own doing. He got a decent one against Australia but I have seen nothing else to convince me that he is a decent all round winger.Give me Dougie any day.
