Da iawn/Well done Munster clap completely deserved. Were brilliant in the 1st half and came back strong in the 2nd, a great performance!

Commiserations to Leinster fans Hug

Thoroughly enjoyed that match, really just superb from both sides, both definitely the best two sides in the Magners too.

Ah, I heart rugby.

Did you find the match boring Scotland?

"final whistle finally"
"it will make the game seem more exciting".

Did the neutrals not enjoy it. I thought it would be a great spectacle.

I didnt mean it like that just the end was quite unnecessary when we already knew who had won, and a closer score line alqways looks better on the 10 o clock news afterwards.

I thought it was great. Compelling. Most of the errors came from immense pressure. That's the game. The breakdown was a marvelous tussle by both sides.

Good season Joe Schmidt. Not bad for a 1st one.
McGahan has something to build on now.

I thought POC showed great leadership in his play and as a captain. He was literally HUGE today.

It's fitting that the side that's been top of the table virtually all season gets the title.

Champions League final in a bit - I may pop over to the football boards to see what it's like...

Yea thats not how we do it in Leinster v Munster games.

As a side note the Munster boys are very emotional. I see Derbyshire is up there with them. Very emotional!!

After watching two games of rugby, switching over to the football seems like an anticlimax. Hopefully it's a good game.

I didn't miss any of the game Cari - just the banter at the end.

Not sure about Wallace as MOTM. Munster backrow weren't at the races in the first half.

Apologies to Dreamer if she comes in - I tried that live text box and it was like being bombarded with irrelevances when you're trying to watch the game! Things are more sedate here Very Happy

Michael Carrick needs a good game tonight. He was a spectator last time these two sides met in the final.

Lucky - Hug It does take a bit of getting used to in there!

I don't mind it until they go off on one about wrestling Erm

Enjoying the footy so far, although I don't understand why berbatov isn't even on the bench!

He's not on the bench? That's an odd decision. If you need someone to change a game, Berbatov's someone who can do it.

I love Park Ji-Sung. It's a cliche to say he's hard-working when he's actually a canny footballer too.

Barca turning up the pressure here.

Notch - I don't mind them being wrestling fans, its just odd when we're supposed to be watching the football and they launch into wrestling speak about all their promo's and things. Just baffling really.

This is a wonderful game of football. Both teams know which is the better, but the aim of the game - as it's always been - is to finish with more goals than your opponent.

a very enjoyable first half of football I've got to say, glad that neither side is diving too much either, was worried it would ruing it slightly. Going to be a tense 2nd half I think, well it will be for me anyway!

That entrance of mine was rather abrupt. I'm from Norn Iron and would follow Ulster a wee bit. Our school wasn't great at rugby though.

Did you go to school out in Tyrone Dave? It's not the rugby heartland but the growth of rugby in Ulster depends on the game catching on at the grassroots all over the nine counties of Ulster.

Edit; I see you did. I love to see the teams from non-traditional rugby strongholds do well at school and club level. The growth of rugby in Donegal, in particular, is very encouraging!
