Who wins with the handicap start?

Just been looking at this weekends odds at the bookmakers.
Basically, they have:
Wales to beat England by 4
France to beat Scotland by 10
Ireland to beat Italy by 10
So if you were a betting man, with these handicaps in place, what would you go for.
Go with your head not your heart!

I went with Wales -4, Ireland -10 and Scotland +10
Might have some of that Scotland handicap, that's far too many points given to Scotland IMO
