First topic message reminder :
Silva has just won me a tidy £640, next goalscorer and City to score at least five, woohoo.

Harry Kane showing excellent predatory instincts, first to react to the penalty he missed

Outplayed another one of the contenders for top four, not sure how we haven't got 6 points from Spurs this year.

Kane missed 3 of 5 pens. But then when your legs are made of jelly then it's not a surprise

Leicester in dire need of a win, go to an Everton team struggling and play 5 at the back.

They might have five at the back but they started playing with a very high press. Think they need to get at Everton but they needed more at the back after that Everton break.

Allardyce interview amazing. Pans Spurs, pans the referee, pans the lawmakers.
All in all, we've outplayed them. Pocchettino thinks Spurs deserved three. Because he's a moron

Surely that can't be right hampo? We couldn't buy a clean sheet for the majority of September-December period!

Kane gets slated for scoring now!
Was a good game, west ham were the better side though.
Think Everton will make easy work of this game.

Managers aren't allowed to defend their team Dolph, it now means Allardyce is a despicable man who should hang his head in shame.

We knew that about two or three years ago, reason Mourinho got rid. Woeful hold up play & terrible first touch evident nearly every game. Chelsea still laughing at that £28m

That's what the replay is for Olly, the replay shows it was a clear OG.

Well yeah but if you're having to look at a few replays to judge something it ain't clear, clear is seeing in real timehampo171 wrote:Olly wrote:hampo171 wrote:Lukaku still having a shocker, clear own goal that.

Not about looking at multiple replays Olly, once they showed a decent angle you could see what a good header it was....from Upson, you just need the a good view

Re: We Go Again! The 2014/15 Premier League Thread
It was an own goal, but what Olly is trying to say is that nobody knew it was an own goal when in actually happened. The replay showed it was an own goal, but everyone at first thought that Lukaku scored. He had at least a good 7/8 attempts in that game did Lukaku and its not like we can say they were half chances or snapshots from 20-25 yards from goal. They were clear cut opportunities and he should have had another hat-trick and more from this one as well. Terrible stuff from him today.
It wouldn't surprise me to see Djuricic have a really good game today, probably up against Lovren who will have a nightmare and Lallana just non-existent. Either that or the other way around. It won't turn out that all 3 of them players will have average games. Expecting a good game with this one, could be season defining for both teams today. Both managers will know a draw is simply not good enough with United and Spurs both slipping up. Someone needs to take advantage.

Yeah but Koeman is very shrewd, stuck 2 up top against Hull when they played 3 at the back and tortured them.
Can Skrtel Lovren looks pretty dodgy too.

I can't see the formation going wrong, it has been very useful to Liverpool and has really helped their consistency as the season has gone on. Allen could be a useful player for Liverpool today. Just holding the midfield and protecting that 4 at the back. With Can being comfortable at playing on the ball, Allen will be able to retain possession for his side and find Can who might be able to create chances from CB. A good little sitting player as the extra man Joe Allen who is capable of just keeping possession which is what Liverpool will need through some stages of this game. Doesn't offer very much going forward though, but a consistent performer nevertheless. So don't expect any surprises if Allen has a solid game today.
