Hearn has just been on SSN to announce; Selby vs Gradovic, Joshua vs Johnson and Mitchells world title fight.

Show at the O2 in May.

PPV or regular sky?

Depends on the date, if it's the 2nd then surely will be a double header with the big one.

Didn't say, it's a decent card with more fights to be added so if it's on regular Sky it'll be great news. Just double checked the date and Boxrec have the Selby fight down for the end of April so if that's true Sky have missed a trick.

Good card, doesn't justify PPV though. Fingers crossed.....

30th of May this show, no mention of PPV in the press release.

Ffablass! Was definitely getting a ticket to Selby's world title tilt and it'll be nice to see AJ and Mitchell on the bill too.

Can AJ stop fatty Johnson. Would be a statement (of sorts) if he could succeed where others have failed.

Just thought it won't be PPV as Warrington is fighting an eliminator the month before, build up his profile, build up Selby's profile and then have a domestic Wales vs England showdown for the title down the line.

Think your right Hammersmith. Selby has the talent to take the belt and Warrington has got that passionate following. Definitely a profitable fight down the line. Think Warrington benefits from biding his time on that though, don't think he has much chance beating Selby if they fought tomorrow. Think his lack of a big dig will always be a problem when he steps up.

I lift I know about lifting. I lift all sorts of objects don't even start me on lifting. I give my bruhs lifts to the lift place, get a lift to the floor with liftorium and lift. Once the lift broke so I lifted the lift into the loft and left.

Be surprised if this isn't on PPV its no worse than Hearns attempt in November. He has 4 PPV dates to fill for SKY and without Khan/Brook, DeGale/Groves, Frampton/Quigg and Froch/Chavez fights materialising as of yet he is struggling.

Can see the big "HULL" showdown being the next one.

Why does it mean Zip Truss, should be a good test for the novice Joshua, it's not like he's on the p4p lists fighting a dud now is it.

Depends on what you see as a test Truss, I don't mind him fight Johnson, Thompson, Charr etc as long as it looks like he's moving forward. A bad loss now (even to a champion) could harm his career badly in the long run. Get to a point when your seen as a proper threat and can't be written off as a flash in the pan or overhyped.

How about earning a mandatory and then getting a respectable purse.

He looks good but then again, no one has thrown any serious leather at him. I would like to see him in against a Chisora even.

Think the titles still too much of a step up and he hasn't done enough to earn a shot. I'd rather see him work his way through the top 20 (or at least some of them) before stepping up.

We're too quick to knock a boxer when he's down/loses and could see his career in tatters if he lost now.

Chisora would be a pointless fight now, a gun shy face first plodder who doesn't have the nous of a Johnson or Thompson.

I agree, the Chisora of today would fold worst then Sprott, as AJ would like to make an impression and is far more destructive then Bruno Pansy

Watched him destroy Anders Eklund on youtube a few months back he was 6ft 6 and came in on a straight line...........and probably the only guy to outbox Lennox..

Credit where it's due..

Chisora or Thompson would be a much better opponent than Johnson but are riskier and it doesnt look like Joshua is ready to be risked at all by Hearn yet, despite the big talk.

Pull the other one, Chisora is finished and offers nothing, Thompson agreed but he'll learn how to be patient against a spoiler in Johnson.

So finished he whipped Johnsons ass last year. I guess it still hurts that Tyson Fury handed him his ass.
