WHAT IS THE BEST FILM WITH NO MORE THAN 2 WORDS IN THE TITLE?
Culture Cup 2.0 Rd 1 (Films)
Right, here we go with the start of the Culture Cup 2.0
All nominations are cast and the voting process is ready. If you’re not all voted out after the excitement of yesterday, then please put your X in a box here.
Think carefully as you only get one vote and vote cancelling is not allowed.
The question for this round was - WHAT IS THE BEST FILM WITH NO MORE THAN 2 WORDS IN THE TITLE?
Remember, this is open TO ANYONE ON 606v2 WHO WANTS TO VOTE.
I’ve cunningly used www.random.org to mix up the titles so they are not in order of the list of posters.
Many thanks,
Tino.

I voted for my second choice, Reservoir Dogs. Some absolute trash nominated, and some massively over-hyped films too. But I won't slag others off until I'm well behind in the voting

Can everyone please note that Casablanca is also one of the choices.
It should be up there soon once Adam amends the poll for me (yes, I know, before you all give me sh*t for arsing it up already).
If you want to vote for Casablanca, just PM me and I'll add them in at the end.

In all seriousness, I would have nominated Braveheart but with the SNP's success I didn't think that would go down well.

Some good choices there. I imagine my choice belongs in the "pap" section that Rick mentioned.
Still, vote cast, and not for my own. This time.

What happens Jeff, is that people cast their votes and then whichever film has the most votes cast for it at any one time is in the lead.
Does that clear it up for you?

You can't. Once the poll is set, it can't be changed.
On the next one, I will set the poll up so you can cancel and re-enter a vote. It will still only be a single vote per poster though.

I think he will probably put some Hi-Tecs on, get the Jack Wolfskin out and go for a really determined walk to relieve the tension.

There is some sh1t on there. I suspect that a third of the nominations were courtesy of michaels.
Incidentally, as a mod do you have any idea why I was banned earlier. Was it to stop me voting for Pan's Labyrinth?

There's probably 5 films up there that, looking at it now, i'd rather have than my 1st choice.
Does that mean that i should've picked them instead initially, or because i have to be prompted to remember them, was i right not to?
Still no votes for my pap.

I was going to put it down too but figured by the time I posted my votes, eight of you would have already chosen it so I went for something else, not as good as Goodfellas but OK-ish..."Henry, Portrait of a Serial Killer" has too many words apparently!

Went for Casablanca, as it was my second choice. Nearly went for King Kong though.
As usual people are voting for some mediocre stuff, leaving my pick with 0 votes.
And that after I made a point not to nominate any Marx Brothers films.

I thought that it was you who nominated Casablanca. My revised guess for your nomination would be The Exorcist.
My pick's also got 0 votes to go with my earlier banning. If the news breaks it will overshadow all these f*ckwits announcing their resignations after the election.
