The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub - Page 4 Empty The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub

First topic message reminder :

Welcome to the virtual rugby pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the Tommy Bowe photo on the bar. That's a banning offence

So pull up a chair....what'll it be?

Miriam O’Callaghan for me. I’d like to spend some prime time with her…

P.s. Gibbo – will get back to you with details on the mail later, but at first glance it all looks like a great plan all round!

Anne Doyle? Maybe in 19 dickety boo!

When I think of the talent on Irish tv that reads (has read) the news….hmmmm….

I saw sharon ni bheolain wearing a Dubs jersey in Croker once and nearly had a trouser sneeze, and when A produced a picture of herself with the Seogie sisters from the day she met them in the pub I certainly didn’t have to fire up the “wow you look great” engines!

And there’s some outstanding women reading the weather on TG4, nil aon scamaill sa spear when they’re around!

So, are we going to set up some good-quality articles outside regs? It will really help kick the place off.

Mick, grand man. And dont worry, I have a Universal Pass in the Dam. It would also be nice if As is around on the Thurs. We are quite the team.

Its true, TG4 just rocks for intelligent and beautiful, Irish-speaking vrouwen.

Its not very "PC", but its true.

For balance, Swannygirl, Gabriel Byrne is on the Late Late Show on the RTE player (half way through). Get in there. MrsG has watched it a few times already. It is easy to see the female attraction. I would, if I still had moobs.

Gibbo – nothing non PC about that. They’re not airheads, and to be fair I don’t JUST watch the weatherforecast on there because of the eye candy. I, like most Irish people can only understand Irish when people are discussing the weather.

And I hear that the ghrian will be ag scoilteadh na gcloch this weekend.

Tá TG4 ar fheabhas ar fad.Tá sraith teilifíse nua acu darbh ainm "Ó tholg go tolg".Tá sé dochreidte.Beidh sé thar fiche céim an seachtain seo! Ní fhéadfainn focal a rá.Táim i mo stangaire.( Just trying to show you all up Whistle )

Tg4 is brilliant. They have a new tv series call from couuch to couch.(it's about people travelling around the world couch surfing). It's unbelievable. It will be over 20 degrees celsius at the weekend.I can't say a word.I'm flabbergasted(The last two are Irish Nathanna Cainte or expressions for shock)

Also TG4 have the nicest looking tv and weather presenters.A few of the news presenters are there:http://www.tg4.ie/ie/programmes/nuacht-tg4.html

Seeings as we are talking about TG4.A majority of there presenters are..........: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kNxMHJ8YWa4

My mission of de-icing the freezer is not going well today, any suggestions folks to speed it along?

I've seen on a thread outside that apparently the Wales team announcement was due to be today but I think it's a bit early for it. My bet is that it'll be released on Thurs.

Witchcraft and heresy!! Thats not how it works. I discuss my English Premier League Fantasy Football team with the barber, flick through the lads mags, and talk about how wild/dull the nightclub was last time we were out. Its a system that works.

You are my athletic hero. But I've had more fun than an Army of fun-lovers, abusing this temple that is my body - and in my never-ending search for human-pleasures. That's my excuse anyway. And it's not even an excuse. I loved every second of it. Im staying fit, to enjoy even more of it.

Ah I've been going there since I was about 14 Gibbo. My pal who also goes there used bring it photos of David Beckham saying he wanted his hair cut that way. You man in the barbers would give him a date to come back to give his hair a chance to grow longer and would do it for him then. He was only a young barber then but he's opened his own place in Limerick. I also like supporting local businesses. I love going to the barbers really. Its a buzz I rarely get in my normal walk of life Smile

Staggy - it's cool you've got somehwere local that you like going to. My hairdresser's up for sale which is a shame. It's quite difficult to find a good, inexpensive one around here.

Looks like Fabulous :whistle:Freddie Michalack has signed (again) with the Natal Sharks. He hasn't been up to much since he came back from there-perhaps this might get him going again, but unlikely at his age and his medical history. I am surprised he didn't sign for a French club, such as newly promoted Lyon, as a few were interested in him.
he won't play for the Baabaa's this weekend as he's in the Sharks'squad for their next game, although he hasn't left France yet.
makes a change seeing a Frenchman in a foreign club, dunnit Very Happy
