I'm looking forward to this game. It should be close and entertaining as both teams play good rugby.

Think it's fair to say there's going to be a lot of ruck penalties tonight.

Think he was injured. Plus with binoculars one can ruck inspect from the sidelines

Scrum penalty for Ulster. What a relief

That was poor from Grant, basically gave Clancy no choice other than ping him.
Worrying scoreline considering the wind advantage.

Matawalu on the wing was quite a daft call with both Lamont and DTH on the bench..

Trademark Clancy scrum penalty. Figures, but he's had a good game.
Would be feeling a hell of a lot better if we had put away more of our chances. Could/should be in double figures. Sky are giving it the big talk and Ulster have been the better team, but there's no such thing as an 8-6 beating. Always one intercept, penalty, mistake, card away from seeing the game turn.

Good first half for Ulster. Second half with the wind at our backs gives us a bit of added edge.

Wow thats a tight half, this is tense, I may need to visit a hospital just watching the agression in these defence
Re: Pro12 Semi 1 - Glasgow Warriors v Ulster Rugby, 22 May
Lot of work to do Glasgow, it would help if we could secure our own ball. Expect to see front row changes soon, wingers as well!

See, this is why I wanted to play Glasgow and avoid Munster. If we were playing Munster and everything else was the same we'd be going off talking about how they were wily enough to eke out a 9-8 lead against the run of play with everything to go for in the second half. I don't think the wind will be that big a factor in the second half but we'll see.
Glasgow still have a great chance to win the game of course, this game so far has gone identically to our away semi-final last year in the RDS- hopefully with a different ending but we need to turn pressure and possession into points more in these big games.

Re: Pro12 Semi 1 - Glasgow Warriors v Ulster Rugby, 22 May
Absolutely disgraceful refereeing from Clancy. especially in the run up to the Ulster try. Identical in the side to what Glasgow were penalised for but totally ignored 3 yards infront of him.
The 4 Irish officials won't let Ulster lose this one.
Rancid competition.

Interesting to see who will referee Pro-12 final if Ulster reach it. Van Morrison? Gerry Adams? Molly Malone?

They are showing the Gilroy "tackle" and that was a complete dive from Matawalu.

Great game. Ulster need to take the opportunities, they have left some real chances go a begging.
Glasgow will have a purple patch, too good a team not to.
This is on a knife edge and simply a fantastic game.
So nervous, Leinster fan, urging on Ulster.

Can I just say, I'm very sorry to see Big Al Kellock off with injury in his last home game. I've always had the utmost respect for Big Al and while I'm hoping that Ulster win of course, it's still a shame to see him have to go early.
