Charles Kennedy dead at 55 !!

Former Lib dem leader..

Lost his seat after 32 years in 2015...............Been found dead at his home....

I liked him seemed a genuinely nice guy..........

Shame..

It is a shame. He always seemed like a nice guy and was down to earth and could be genuinely funny.

A very good politician prepared to take a moral stance and stand up and be counted. Not all that may of them left these days.

Considering he was elected at 22/23 one must think Westminster was a huge part of his life !!

Must have been a heckuva a blow to him..........

Very sad news whatever your political views I think its fair to say Kennedy was one of the best politicians of his generation and got almost everything right which is very rare in the political world

Saw him on question time just before GE2015 and he looked a little intoxicated...

He'd had problems before....It's a shame.

Think the guy meant well and gave a toss..

Probably in the minority at Westminster..

I thought he was one of the best if not the best MP of his generation

It is a shame Truss, he had a problem and could not overcome it but he gave and did so much in his tragically short life
