Stan by far the better player today. That's a reflection of both their levels.

Djokovic is spent, no aggression or confidence in his shots. Shame to come through so many tough players and save his worst for the final. Wawrinka playing great too it must be said

Yes, he does lose focus, but only momentarily and then he turns right back, mostly. Just curious, do you remember when was the last time he piled up errors like this?

Djokovic is physically shot for me. Stan playing exactly the right game here and he just needs to stay solid and he'll get a chance to break and he'll become a dual slam winner.

I am not sure IMBL would make the best coach for Djokovic in matches against Nadal. He would probably tell him to give him lots of short high bouncing balls on his forehand.

I looked a while ago and they had almost exactly the same UEs, Stan far ahead on winners, and yet totally even on total points (that was a few games ago). I guess Djokovic must be doing better on forced errors but it's a bit curious.

It's the standard Djokovic RG - confident start, a few yips appearing toward the end and a disappointing final.
