It depends how much you think Gallas is worth. I don't think he is worth much more than £3m more than Roger Johnson. Even if you value Roger Johnson at £4M thats £7M for Gallas.

Anyway I don't really want to sell Arteta as that ball moving player is hard to find in foreigns. So even at my above offers I'm not sure if I was going to regret it. Sorry they are my prices Afro sir!

I think he will move to a premier league club. I don't think Birmingham will come straight back up. Also if you get a lawyers offer it will be £5M+ for him.
