If you don't have the supports when warming up do a little extra on the knees and when you get home or they may have it at where you play, ice it for 15 minutes. Should help with swelling and stuff, hope you don't have ledley king knees.

Huddlestone would be a bench warmer for me, he wouldn't get into the team infront of Montolivo and Palombo.

Young for me is the best winger in the game, remember I paid £30m for him I don't think that offer will work.

Bent and Suarez for Young I would do that.

I think I got a better offer from Afro for Young and I still rejected him.

Palombo is like Parker, both played for teams in division 2, still rated by thier national manager. An say what you want Huddlestone is more of a passer deep lying playmaker then someone who has the aggresiveness to put in a challenge Ive got Montolivo for that.

So I guess Young has been on a high for the past 5 years and will soon fall down, get out of here Smarts you talking to me here and that won't work with me. Young is a top player and has proved it, he is great at what he does and why would you want to buy a player who will fall from his high very soon? hmm

Suarez has shown he is good but I wouldnt say he is better then Young or bent, I think I'll have to reject the offer and the threat about Cahill is not very nice.

I rather keep Young it's not worth me selling him when I only get Huddlestone for him.

I agree Smarts I won't lie I did say that Young runs down the wing as fast as he can cuts in with his right and boots the ball as hard as he can but if you read my post above I said he is very good at what he does and why change when it works. Also at United you can see he has upped his game, making those runs through the middle, his passing game has improved.

If you then I would be all ears as you know I rate Bent as the best striker on here because he gets pure goals.

You thinking of droppig your intrest in Cahil? Save the money to buy a top striker because you will need if you want to top Nicks Benzema.

No, definitely not OK

It's annoying because I've made the good signings to Aston Villa, now I'm back at Fulham I'm getting quoted crazy prices for players I'd brought in for half the amount.

Yeah, you did and it was obviously the right decision, I didn't expect him to get as much game time as he has received.

I don't think Gibbs is that great if I'm honest, and I need to get other targets, a right back and a striker.

Birmingham is the king of Food, you can't test us yo that is too cheap though I went out last week 6 of us and it came up to £84.

Birmingham were the first ones to come out with 99p chicken and chips or £2 pizzas lol, or £2m for burger chips and drink, so many food places madness.

Ladypool is just resturant after resturant, and shops know they can't ask silly prices or customers will go else where unless it's a shop that has a top reputation.

£3.50 for a haircut lol they kill it thier star, Leicester I think now has more Asian then white people living there crazy.

When I go to London I have heart attacks with the prices they ask for, too expensive.

Kurds shouldn't be charging that much, I pay £8 for mine.

Yeah I think I know what resturant you mean, they have a small sitting area with a big TV? I think they've got a small smart car for deleiveries, they do very good food.

Stop the food talk, good man.

GK Maarten Stekelenburg - NFS because you don't have a keeper with high enough rating as a replacement.
CB Per Mertesacker - You offered Nick 16m, I'd take Sakho in a p/ex deal for him?
CB Sebastián Coates - I expect him to be a success at Liverpool, so am gonna say NFS unless you offer something special.
CM Luka Modric - NFS, I don't think you have a good enough replacement to offer and I can't think of anyone I could get in foreigns in his bracket.
AM Mario Götze - Nadeem offered 29m, he's gonna destroy Arsenal so I can't sell.
ST Karim Benzema - Would prefer to hold onto Benzema, but may consider a deal if Suarez is involved.

I'm not sure man, what about Sakho?

Risky but
Mertesacker + Rolando
=
Sakho + Mata

You get the additional CB you're after and you get a very strong CB pairing

I'm not sure you are right tbh as he was keen on my players too.

I could just have easily accepted his earlier offer when I saw your offer and stitched you up, but I didn't as it's called courtesy.

You would not have even made an offer if you had not seen my negotiation, but as you often do, you jumped on the back of someone elses negotiations. No wonder Nick got so pee'd off with you.

No surprisingly. It was a permanent guy, doing a job that I went for, but they picked him instead, which makes it even more frustrating.

If I can get this promotion I will be same grade and won't have to take as much Poopie from him

The company pay very well to be fair to them.

We have a management grade system from A-G, with A being the most senior. This guy is an E, so not that senior to be honest.

Of course, he ahs been posting on his own page and Andy has seen the deals, just because he hasn't replied he said he won't be able to get on.

You know very well I wanted Cahill and did this on purpose to scuper my chances of getting him. Just because you have signed Mertsacker don't need to foil my attempts of signing Cahill. Andy would have seen that message anyway you're just doing it to quicken the process so I don't get a chance to do a deal.

An don't try to pretend that you are helping out or what not it's blatent what you are doing and I don't think it's fair.

<size=16>From season 4, there will a 25 man league squad limit from which you will be able to select players to play in league games.

These will be the 25 players from which your injuries will be drawn so as to prevent managers from the bigger, richer teams from diluting the risk of their stars picking up injuries.

You will be able to take players in and out of your League 25, but from the point that injuries are drawn that is the 25 that you must select your league team from. Injuries will now be drawn on Wednesdays

Your overall squad can remain larger than 25, but your League eligible 25 </size><size=18><color=red><u>must</u></color></size><size=16> be shown separately. Players outside of the 25 can still play in cup and European competitions.

Rodellega I am going to leave, especially at that price.

Romero - can I wait to see the lawyers offers that Viva does this week (I have asked him to do 5 each) before deciding? £5m is a good price to get him, but with Schwarzer being of a similar rating, and my squad needing a drastic overhaul, the money may be better spent elsewhere.

Straquilursi was on the benchm, but didn't come on, whilst Drenthe came on after 70ish minutes and did alright.

I think both are lacking a bit of sharpness and need a week or so's training by the sounds of things.

Good thing was that we had Rodwell and Fellaini playing CM, Rodwell play more DM and Fellaini box to box. Looked a promising combination, whilst Fellaini was the dominant player on the pitch

Yeah, Vellios looks like he could be a decent player. Still young, but Moyes snapped him up for £500k I think last Jan, so hoping he could be another bargain find.

Coleman was back too, and he ripped Warnock to shreds all game. Still can't believe he went to the World Cup ahead of Baines

Here's £5m in non-marked, non sequential notes for Romero.

Add it to your budget
