Azzy having a major issue with a perceived rules inconsistency is hardly breaking news though.

My point, as I've already said, is that very few managers could afford to buy quality players, and that's why I built up a £47m fund. With the TM drop, everyone could afford to bolster their squads, and that wasn't fair. It was further exacerbated by the stupid £10m cheat bonus, which meant everyone could buy two quality players. The whole fiasco meant that I was the one who was shafted, all for having a strategy in place for longer than 3 seconds. I spent from week 1, when I swapped Aguero for Bale, through to week 6 building up to my TP splurge, then found everyone else could as well thanks to those two incidents.

I won't be carrying on with City unless you all agree that I can sell my squad to whoever I feel, for reasonable prices. I was never going to delete my squad. I was only going to use it to punish Enigma for being a well-meaning cheat.

I get your point, but we can't control TM so it becomes just one of those things you have to accept and get on with. The only way around that would have been to reduce all the budgets accordingly as well, including yours tbf.

But it is being a little unfair on other managers. A lot had built up warchests already before the TM value drop. Nad had £53m in the bank (which he had started spending on Ericsson and El Shaa), Viva had a lot of cash already too, as did Olly. BamBam got his cash from the deal with Viva I don't think many, if any managers really, were able to spend that much more than before the TM value drop. Are you sure your not overinflating the impact (I don't mean that in a cutting way, genuine question)?

I do like the way this is an issues cos TM put the price down but no one ever calls for a restart when their player price rises La Liga has been updated today btw.

At least Gman's price has gone up.

I've just not had chance to do deals recently, and i used to be one of those who pushed to do deals as much as anyone.

I usually do a few in each league, always trying though but i think i have done the most in this league, might be wrong though.
