The Asda in Runcorn used to be a celebrity hang out. I saw the ginger one from Girls Aloud and Kerry Katona there within the space of a month once.

The Rotherham one can make no such claims Tina. I did see the bloke who used to play Martin in Coronation Street selling cheese in there one day, but nobody of any note aside from him.

Was hoping to save that anecdote for the next time superfly brings out the dominoes with Runrig zinger, but it seemed to fit the conversation now.

The thing that annoys me the most about the Asda on the rare occasions I venture back to the old mean streets, is the girls are all still going to the place in pajamas and dressing gowns. In slippers. For the sake of f*ck. Sometimes they are wearing onesies as well. I have to walk away at that point. It's too much to take.

Made a rare visit to my local last Wednesday for the pub quiz and Emily Watson was at the bar, can't remember if I've mentioned this before.  I'd consider doing her but she's approximately my age.

When I checked with a couple of mates that they were coming to my do on Saturday, they said "Oh, we're off to Majorca for the week". So basically they totally forgot about it. That's pretty useless as well.

If it makes you feel better, most people wouldn't know what that text meant either. 12 years of rather expensive private education went into that idiotic text.

Still on crutches so wife took me to the local for a four course Yorkshire meal....burger and three pints....then back home to get the kids from Nursery then put them to bed and carry on drinking. Not very rock and roll but I liked it

Still on the salads for lunch Rick. I lost 7lbs last week and put 5 of those back on over the weekend (was drinking Guinness at a wedding). Have now lost those 5lbs again so basically where I was last Friday night.

Fair enough, though a respectable way of gaining weight back on mate, get yourself over to the weightlifting board to get some tips on shredding and whatnot...
