Here's a thread to discuss it all...

It is a couple of things.

Batting - we tend to tail away. Most noticeably seen in the semi where we shoudl have scored more. Also seen in T20 against Lancs where we posted 180 but only 10 in the last two overs, and group match at Surrey where we had the winning of the game but allowe you guys to strangle us out of it.


Bowling - We bowl to take wickets in the CC. We bowl to contain in OD.


So simple, fix the batting and the bowling and we are sorted.



Other issue has been the lack of any kind of settled side - often missing the best players. Adding Root, Rashid, Plunkett and Maxwell (or Finch) t6o our team from the semi would make a huge difference.
