[solved]The Music Cup 2015 - Vote Now! Round 1

The nominations have come in and it's a wide range of musical tastes that have been chosen.

To clarify on voting, please vote for your favourite THREE songs rather than just one, this is to ensure that those that vote for themselves also choose other nominations.

Other thing that I wanted to do differently to the Culture Cup is the hanging around between voting and the sending in of your next round choices so in that respect...

Round 2 Fish & Chips!

Please send me your three song choice in which either the artist or title mentions a type of food.

Then as soon as the voting is over in this round we can crack on with the next one!

Went for Bauhaus, Bob Dylan & Green Day.  Impressed with whoever chose Bela Lugosi's Dead - brilliant, brilliant song.

Eagles, Dylan and Springsteen for me.

This is why I didnt enter, cretinous voting strikes again. Now I can cast my eye over your foolish picks and the even worse voting patterns with a critical eye.

Voted for Mike & The Mechanics, though love design for life, and live forever, plus my pick, of course.

I can only assume all bar 2 people have missed Joe Walsh - Life's Been Good when looking through the list.

People also seem unable to comprehend that they can vote for 3 so my selection has suffered as I'm certain that it would have been 2nd or 3rd choice for many.

I only liked one song, so voted for that. Slayer FTW.

Entirely the opposite. That is the only song on this entire list I like. I won't give a second/third vote to songs I don't like, it's like doing the fit bridesmaid at 9pm then coming back for the other, less attractive two later in the evening. I'd rather just have the best bridesmaid for a few hours.

Also worth remembering that each round of the culture cup lasted ~3 months. More than enough time to garner the additional votes.

The Culture Cup is more refined, more classy, and that is reflected in it's leisurely pace.
