Tier 2 / 3 / 4 /5 Players
I was watching a clip of a recent Uganda African cup game and one of their second rows was an absolute monster (as wide as he was tall!!) and was smashing everything in sight. It made me wonder what impact he might make in a championship or even Prem Side.
It also made me wonder if you were aware of any other players around the world in lower tier countries whose ability was way above that of their countries.
Madagascar had a Number 10, a rather rotund chap, but by god he could step and run like Jason Robinson....

Now that Ireland is a tier one rugby nation and England tier two maybe we will start to nick some.

Well obviously Jacques Burger of Namibia is way above his peers in terms of ability.

Yato for Fiji. He has already established himself in the Top 14 last season and was certainly one of Clermont's best players in the league.
It will be interesting to see how he does internationally.

Arhip for the Ospreys. He's Moldovan and can cover the front row. Also there is another Moldovan playing for Sale, Cobilas. Lund for Norway is on another planet compared to the Norway team. I think there is a German at Toulon as well.

Capo Ortega of Uruguay- unfortunately Castres seem to have persuaded him not to join up with his national team for the RWC
He doesn't play for his home country, but Tim Visser is way ahead when it comes to Dutch rugby players.

Has Castres blocked Ortega playing in the WC?
This is what World Rugby simply MUST put a stop to.

Here's his statement...do you believe it?

Could we put a team together?
Try to avoid Fiji, Samoa and Tonga. We all know they can produce special players.....

Kenki Fukoka of Japan has looked pretty nippy on the wing! Their scrum-half isn't bad either.
On the subject of Tim Visser, what about Sep Visser? He's surely a head above other Dutch players, and he does actually play for the Netherlands.

Samu Manoa. Although having the whole of Manu Samoa at number 8 would certainly be effective.

I'd get Canadian DTH van der Merwe in there on the wing.

Also in the back three you have Blaine Scully, Chris Wyles and Ngwenya all from the states.
As a reserve for the second row, Hayden Smith of Sarries and USA is well regarded by many. Although he isn't quite in the same league as some other players named already.
Davit Kubriashvilli of Georgia at tight head is a fantastic player.
Christian Loamanu played for Japan and is a gigantic unit in the centres, preferably 13.
I accept that GeordieFalcon may throw something across the internet at me for saying this, but there is Eric Fry (USA) at loose head.

Oh, I love these!
Georgia also have Zirakashvili at TH, Portugal have Julien Bardy who is pretty good really.
Stan Wright is a ambidextrous prop from the Cook Islands who used to be very good and still plays in D2 though he is 36 now
Cudmore for Canada
Tanaka at 9 for Japan
Matieu Belie a decent 9/10 for Spain, squad player for some top T14 teams

Think Sep is back at Tynedale RFC, He played 15 for Northumber U20s a few years ago when i was playing for Durham U20s, He only bagged 5 tries or something....
