Good to hear Julius. I always consider you to be in a higher echelon than the average book fanatic.

Yes sean, the dam is just spilling over... but it will hold it back apparently. The heaviest rain was a bit south but we copped a fierce hail storm on Monday night.

The previous Saturday was unseasonably warm for winter (28) but with the rain now it's back to around 20-21 during the day and less frigid at night.... like a good librarian.

They say we are in for a horrendous summer. Some say it will be worse than '81-82.

I don't, I only read once in a blue moon and it's usually a book i've been wanting to read, rather than a habit. What's the book called, i'll have a search for it. The Warren Commission book was dirt cheap, £4 plus a couple for postage.

It's called Reclaiming History. Whilst it is extremely long it is very readable.

New years resolution to eat more fish. I tried eating fish on holiday but it didn't work. I have always eaten tuna very occasionally though, I buy the stuff in spring water, drain it in a sieve then cover in white wine vinegar and eat it with cucumber. This was smothered in mayo and looked like cat sick.

started on a few of these dating websites. one thing i have noticed is there are sh1t loads of teachers on there. also when the profile has more than 1 photo, you'll see the first and think 'that's ok', by the time you get to the 6th photo you realise the first photo was probably 10 years and 10stone out.

There are a lot of teachers on those things, as I can attest when I used to use them. Although as a trainee teacher I ended up hooking in an Aussie teacher on Tinder. Poor soul never realised how bad her country was, but the daily insults really wore down what was left of her national pride.
