Looks like this one has appeared OK the answer must be "no"

Did you perhaps get a warning from the forum software that someone else had replied to the thread while you were typing your post, and giving you the option to review what you typed before posting? Some people miss that and just assume that their post has already been submitted when in fact it hasn't
