WWR Announcement
Join WWR this week as Cedric Alexander looks for a little pay back from the Vaudevillains as he takes on Simon Gotch in singles action. How will Eddie Guerrero & Cesaro respond to the Samoan Gangstas involvement in their match up from last week? Can ACH build on his big win last week?

Wow. Hello Tooze! How's Amy and the little guy? Do you still have access to the admin area?
I know Gregers is in need of somebody to work alongside him so best to give him a PM and see if there's anything you can do... If not then it shouldn't be a problem if you want to help me out as and when you can but I know Gregers is struggling for time this season.
Thunder - I thought Fernando may have responded seeing as I only read your message last night. Go for it.

Re: WWA Season 9
Good stuff
Sorry about disappearing but had a few personal issues to sort that have come ahead of this place for a bit.
My nan was diagnosed with cancer of the bowel last year and has since had operations to remove the tumor. She should now be clear
My step grandad died in August last year and my grandad on mums side died in June
My mum was diagnosed with severe depression so have had to help looking after my youngest sister when she is having a rough day
I myself have also been diagnosed with depression
So thought until stuff had blown over that I would stay away as been a very angry upset person as I don't know what I can do to make stuff better and didn't want for people to see me like that here when I'm usually seem as an upbeat person
Hopefully being well I will be back with mwf season 9 next season

I can only echo what Viper has said, I'm sorry to hear about that Tooze...
When we were moving old shows into the archive, it's quite funny to look back at some of your shows Tooze because you were years ahead in terms of British Talent.
Once Gregers see's this, I'm sure he'll let you know about any assistance.

I know I would have tried to have bought in Jimmy havoc this time round along with corino and williams,
I think I would have tried to have pushed a few more britiish guys again this time too and made it more of an equal split again or even more British guys over the Americans etc
It just seem whenever I attempt to come back some stuff always comes up

In regards to help it's mainly match writing if you're interested?
Viper, if you want Eva for a week the lowest I'd go us 1.5 million
Before results I'd like to say how great the quality if week 1 shows were. Superb!

Re: WWA Season 9
GPW
GPW this week shows off some impressive skills in their debut show that with a bit of fine tuning could make it really great. The show started off with a cool intro that seemed to set up a power struggle between Steph and Dixie although it did feel a little long which I found was an issue with the whole show, hopefully over the coming shows Prometheus will find a more succinct style. I enjoyed the match writing and the chaotic style of the show with the majority of the matches being really well written, however I felt that two squash matches was a little too much but I did like the moment we realised that Steph may have bought Brock's win. Overall I enjoyed the show but feel like it didn't set up that many storylines for the future but I enjoyed the ones that were teased. I would have liked to see a little more build for the two titles but I can see that there will be a lot of drama surrounding both as we continue towards the first PPV.
GPW Feedback
Considering this was your first attempted at a WWA show, I’m very impressed. Enjoyed the opening segment between Stephanie & Dixie which I hope sets a tone for the season and the introduction of the Trio’s is so fresh and different. The ‘Thunderbastard ‘ was also a great concept to introduce to kick-off storylines. Minor tweaks – which 2 squash matches, it felt a little flat in places and the formatting needs to state who’s in what match.
GPW
+ The main event was great and really got me engaged into the Pentagon/Fenix storyline
- I don't like you referencing other wrestling shows from real life, it reduces the illusion that this new federation is happening
GPW
I liked the opening promo, although I don't buy into Dixie never have never will so for me that hurt it, However the addition of Vinnie Russo was good. I like the Trios Championship and it could have some great matches, not sure about the initial teams Fandango, Barrett and Chalrlotte seem an odd trio I get the NXT background. After that some of the matches were short, the Vader match could have been great brawl but will see where it goes. Although the main event was good, it did drag on with no conclusion, but overall a good opening show.
GPW
Really enjoyed the show, thought it took a little too long to get up Match 1 but understandable as the first show of a series. Had a very Lucha Underground feel to it but I thought the Thunderbastard match was a good choice of Main Event. Controversial having a no finish, but it does build to Week 2 very well with a cliffhanger. Hope they begin the Week 2 show with it and see how long it goes.
GPW
Good show overall if a little predictable in points. Too much commentary talk and segments went on a little too long, with too many running over the 5 line rule. Funny coming from me I know. I’ve also, never been a fan of putting more than one line per bullet point, I’d have preferred an extra few points to the main event rather than 7 lines on the 15th point and 6 in the 3rd point. That being said, looking forward to seeing how the McMahon/Carter storyline plays out. I felt it was well written, in most parts with decent use of formatting, to designate the difference between spoken word and description.
Prom's was written like an episode of TNA, but in a good way - with glimpses of private matters backstage.

Re: WWA Season 9
WAF Feedback
Very fun opening show with a nice mixture of matches, the card was stacked throughout which will become an enjoyable task to try and book everybody on the show! Only minor point would be deciding every title in the opening show, I would have liked the option to invest in some build-up around one title and the segments could have better use to develop storylines.
WAF
+ What a roster! And a fun first episode, which for me was made by your writing of Bischoff
- I didnt like all of the championships being decided in multi person matches, it was okay for the first couple but I would have liked one or two of the titles to have been left vacated for a while
WAF
Good opening segment, and match Tyler Breeze getting the nod is a good call will make a good champ. Women's match was also decent with Lita getting the win, see where the division goes from there. The rest of the show was decent, only downfall is every match was a multi man match seeming to try and cram the whole roster on the first show.
WAF
Where do I start with this one? It was well written through out and set up well for potential future stories. The participants in each match were well chosen and anyone could have won their match. I foresee Luke Harper being a long running hardcore champion and people will have a hard time taking it from him. I fell, you could have gotten a few more matches in, if you hadn’t used everyone in the title matches. I’m not sure if defending the titles every week is a good idea but, time will tell on that one.
Marky's has too many multiman matches for my tastes, but really enjoyed the final match and that was what swung it. Looking forward to reading more about Taker and Kane.
WAF
WAF has a roster that anyone playing WWA would dream of having, you have everything from legends of the business to the next up and comers. The issue with having a roster so big is that you can slightly over do things and I think that is the issue that Marky has fallen in to. On paper Marky has probably booked the strongest card possible but the problem will be trying to top that over the next few shows, I felt like the show could have used some smaller matches to break up the OTT feel. The first show did a good job of setting up a few rivalries but my biggest issue is the fact that we saw four titles awarded with no build or story behind them, I feel like having big matches is great but it kind of falls flat if there's no story behind them. Overall a cool show with well written matches that felt like there was a little too much going on without substance behind it.

NGPW
+ A superb opening with the impromptu match, was a great change from the usual show openings with talking. Also the Tag Team tournament matches were great, I know how hard writing engaging Tag matches is!
- I feel that you could do with one more bigish name to just elevate the top of the card slightly
NGPW
Out of the blocks straight away with a grudge match, as always all of the matches delivered on the show, The tag match was good wasn't expecting to see Cibernetico and Chessman pick up the win. Problem with Kong is who do you book to beat her, right call not having Fox. Main event was a great match, don't think I'd have booked Raven to win, but let's see where it goes
NGPW
Great show, liked the introduction from last season to ensure I was up to speed, a unique start with the impromptu match, some very good matches and the main event was good, Raven staying as the face of your company seems an odd decision to me but only a minor point.
NGPW
+s
Again, nice to have the previouslies and a hot opening match
A lot of wrestlers I'd like to see working, put together in interesting matches here
Well written matches
-s
I don't know if this would be a huge draw if it were on TV
It felt like the women's match was just thrown in.
Do I buy Cueto as an enforcer and Raven as the champ?
NGPW
Even with a six month break, NGPW hasn’t missed a heart beat. Concluding old rivalries and starting new one. A return to form by the WWA veteran. Like the Second Generation Sinners and I look forward to their rise through the tag team division but, I sense things with the FBI are all but settled. Trying to find flaws in NGPW is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. If I had to force a down point it would be that Mick Foley didn’t win or that the main event went on a bit long.
NGPW
For anyone who has played the last few seasons of WWA you will know by now that NGPW are the fed to beat. Each season see's Enigma bring something new to the table with this season being no different. When I first saw that Enigma hadn't got many of the names back from last season I wasn't sure what he would do but his first show reveals that he has plans to go forward. I like that not all story lines are being left behind and love the feel of the New Decade as well as the return of Raven as the unwanted World Champion who will do what it takes to survive. I felt the show was a good start but felt it was missing something, Enigma's shows in the past have felt more story driven but I see this changing as we work towards the first PPV. Despite this I loved that the entire show wasn't focused on the main title and gave some build to the tag titles with the two teams of The Cartel and the Second Generation Sinners really impressing. I would have liked to see Enigma use all six matches to his advantage but despite this I enjoyed the five matches that were written. I have to say that this was the hardest vote and if I could have gone for a draw I would have, Enigma ONLY just missed out!

EWA
+ Having Trish vs Bailey in the main event was great, a superb match with a twist I did not see coming!
- I felt the show was a match short of what I would have liked, maybe a tag match with competitors involved in the Gold Rush?
EWA
Great opening segment, nice touch banning Ambrose and Okada, will push the fued forward. Nice to see Kalisto beat Rey, who I have never really rated, good call, The main even was an obvious call giving Trish the title and then booking Bayley to win, but seems a copy of NXT at the moment capitalising on Bayley's popularity would have preferred her to work for it. Overall good show.
EWA
I like the Tournament format, some good pairings but to be honest some matches I really wouldn’t be interested in. Hopefully it leads to some good matchups down the line. I thought it was bold to have a Women’s match as the main event, although it was the only title match on the show. Trish v Bayley has become a little bit of a dream match recently so was interesting to read.
EWA

I like the tournament idea
I think that Okada could be a star player
I thought all the matches were nicely written and there's a great tease of much more to come.

Heyman was good, but CM Punk stands there quietly is a bit odd
Am I that excited by a main event that is Bayley vs Trish?
EWA
Several good matches, even if they were short. The segments reminded me a little of how my old segments went but, were shorter than my old segments. When I posted everything that was said, I was advised, that we don’t need to exactly what was said. I felt there were too many segments and not enough matches. This is probably because, of injuries for this week, in future, I would suggest, looking at replaces those matches with others.
EWA
EWA is another of our newbies to WWA but from Samo's first show you really couldn't tell due to the quality of the writing. From the start EWA sets out it's stall with feuds being set up quickly, I look forward to Okada and Ambrose as well as Gallows and Punk being teased. The Goldrush tournament is a good idea to crown a champion but I feel that the way the tournament is set up kind of points to who will be going through. Kalisto v Mysterio was a good choice as I felt it boosted Kalisto up to a new level against a guy he will no doubt be compared too. Only having four matches was a bit of a let down as I would have loved to see some more of the roster even if it was a RAW special 6 man style tag match, I have to say though that ending the show with a diva's match was a big statement and Bayley being heel actually did catch me off guard. Overall I really enjoyed Samo's first show as it felt a little different with the small touches such as using 'chat' posts as out of show stuff, this technique is not something I've seen done to this level before but if over done could be seen as lazy feud building. I look forward to the next few shows of EWA and can't wait to see who will be the handpicked EWA Heyman guy (I can see Drew Galloway being picked for some reason).

WWR Feedback
Honestly, I felt the show was a little all over the place with superb and bad points. I love the continuation of some storylines overlapping into the new season and heel Uso’s will be interesting. I found the lack of build to the main-event a little strange, it was just kind of there and the segments seemed to follow the same pattern... Trump, Funaki, Ringside and Repeat.
WWR
I liked the reference with rookies and veterans just hope it doesn't keep the divisions mixing, but some of the rookies attacking Show was good, hope this sets up a feud, The Uso's using dirty tactics is an odd call are they heels here? Would love to see Eddie v Cesaro sadly will never happen, hopefully a good feud building here with the no contest decision.
WWR
+ Probably the show of the week, was superb throughout and I am very intrigued to see what happens next! Also the Rookies/Veterans bit was a great idea
- If I had to complain it would be on the Ascension losing their titles but I liked what you did afterwards
WWR
Decent show, I feel like it could have done with a recap as some of us don’t know what the history between Donald Trump and Shane McMahon is. The matches seemed thrown together but the ending made it seem a lot more sense. I can only compare it to watching a TV series but starting halfway through, as I wasn’t aware of the history and if affected the enjoyment of the show.
I loved the story arc of Trump and this mystery contract. Whats the contract for? WHATS THE CONTRACT FOR!

This is a really good roster
And a well written show

WWR
WWR returns in true Thunder fashion with a great story telling feel, although I would have liked a recap of last season at the start I enjoyed the segments with Trump and the mysterious guest with a cool pay off at the end. I'm slightly unsure on how I feel about the World Title not being mentioned at all but it was nice to see the focus being put on other divisions while still showing off the great singles competitors they have who could easily take the gold. Overall, I enjoyed the show and the story that Thunder was beginning to tell, while I'm not a fan of a few of the roster I am looking forward to how they are used and what involvement Ric Flair is going to have. The main event was a brilliant match and the reveal of Laurinitus was cool as it carried on the story of WWR last season, my only criticism was that certain things weren't explained or recapped such as Stone Cold's law suit and I felt that him being able to stun everyone in the ring made McMahon's team look a little weak. Despite this I look forward to seeing where everything goes as knowing Thunder it will be a rocky ride.

XXX Feedback
Let’s start with the positives, I thought the match quality throughout the card was very enjoyable to read and the build-up and tension in the main-event really saved the show. The roster is superb so I don’t think big names will be a problem, I just feel the show lacks any identity and tries it’s best to follow PWG in putting on Indy dream cards each show. The show also suffered with lack of segments that really helped further any storylines apart from the last.
XXX
+ The ending of the show was superb both with the Joe bit and the ending with the masked men
- I felt the show could have done with a bit more backstage bits and pieces, was a very strong show though
XXX
I think the lack of big names hurts the show, I know Bryan is in there but I can't see who realistically can match him. That said the card was a great Indy show, but (and I don't know if there is) any one who only really knows the main guys would struggle to follow the show. Overall a decent show, but I know the names on the card I worry that you'll votes as some others may not
Triple X
I like the recap to give us something to build on, not a fan of the opening match as not a fan of men v women in wrestling in 2015. World War X is a decent concept and the qualifying matches were good. Not sure what the 8 man tag match was for, other than fitting everybody in, no mention of rivalries there. The main event was much better, like the post-match ending and the tease with Trevor Lee at the end.
Viper's is really well presented

Really like the happy birthday spot at the beginning of the show, even if it confused me because, of how it was written. Enjoyed the whole show, the ending promises a good story over the build to king of the mountain III. Looking forward to build for World War X, I will be disappointed if we don’t see something big between Bryan and Ibuahi.

nXtreme Feedback
Very consistent return for nXtreme... Sometimes saying nothing more is the biggest compliments you can receive! Some nice returns and impressive debuts like The Radicalz so I’m interested to see where this ride takes us. I’m not sure where this Chris Sabin storyline is heading so Gregers faces a challenge to keep Sabin fresh this season.
nXtreme
Superb build up, the recap and opening was top drawer. I think more should have been made of the New Day, but the feud between them and the two Suicides looks good (Kazarian and Daniels?) The matches in the middle of the show seem to be good matches but with no real consequences, which seems a shame. The main event was decent with a great post match ending. Looking forward to nXt week (see what I did there...)
I like what Gregers is doing with Suicide,Gregers was better written so it made it easier to read and digest.

There seemed a bit of a lack of star power, I'm not sure anyone on that card would be a big draw.
Chris Sabin is an unstoppable rage machine. We might have to see where that goes.
nXtreme
What a way to end the first episode of a season, no question is in the air over what we’re going to see in the main event picture over the next few weeks. The identity of the Princess will be an interesting read. As with others, multiple line on bullet points and going over the five line rule were a bit of an irk but, only a little irk.
NXTREME
Nxtreme is a fed that has been here from the start and that history really gives Greggers an advantage in creating what is probably the best show of week 1. The show starts with a brilliant recap of the past seasons and a segment that continues parts of last season showing that Nxtreme was even able to change Vince McMahon's mind while him showing signs of still holding a grunge. I loved how Greggers was able to carry on certain story lines from last season with Sabin's continued breakdown being my favourite. The matches themselves were of a good quality, my favourite moments being the main event and the two Suicides spots. I felt that Daniels being one of them sets up the predictable moment of Kazarian being the other, that being said if this leads to Bad Influence v New Day I'm happy about that. I also liked the continuation of the Queen's division, I find a lot of feds struggle to put diva divisions out as entertaining alternatives to the male divisions but this is something Greggers has always done, I look forward to seeing who “the Princess” is and I like how it symbolises the future of the division an moving on without Lita or Trish. If I were to pick a negative about the show it comes in the form of having one too many segments with some being quite long. That being said I think the extra length was worth it due to it being able to set up the season really well, there may be some who will think that a little too much is going on to concentrate on it all but for me, as I said this was my favourite show by far.

NTBC
Straightforward opening, fresh show which is a lot more basic than some of the other shows (not a bad thing BTW). Some good matches and short sharp segments, I feel more needed to be made of the segments in some places though. The main event was great, and a nice twist but I think the crowd reaction, announcers reaction and other wrestlers’ reactions could have been utilised to make the ending seem like more of a big deal than it came across. Seth stealing the title and being declared the winner was huge but came across as standard.
like Jai's plan of building up a divas division
NTBC

I like how this cuts straight to the chase, with the new heavyweight title competition.
I think the writer has a good understanding of his roster and how they work, so the matches you can easily visualise happening.
Owens is well built as a major heel (though I'd argue Myztetiz should have been protected and Drago makes more sense to take the loss)
I liked how elements of each match built to the main event.

I thought that the roster lacked a little bit of star power.
The mid-card matches didn't have anything too exciting in them.
I didn't like how someone not in the main event can walk away with the company's main title.
NTBC
Hmm, an interesting show there. Quite like how the women seem to be building their own division, even if it’s going against the boss. Sadly everything else feels like recycling old ideas and the ending confused the hell out of me, can someone win a match their not involved in?
TBC
Jai returns to WWA with a new federation after running with Opal for the past few seasons, after his retro season I saw big things from him but so far TBC hasn't excited me as much, it's early days though. The show starts off announcing that the World Title would be on the line in the first show, although the match ended up being amazing I would have liked to see more build put behind the World Title. The matches were well written, and the end of the main event set up what could b a good storyline if a little like WWE's Authority story of HHH helping Seth. The show set up a great storyline for the diva's that will hopefully be showing them as wrestlers and not eye candy or idiots with soap style drama but apart from the divas and the world title being stolen there didn't seem too much else going on in terms of storylines. I enjoyed the Briscoes being angry but hope to see them have a purpose over the next few shows an I also hope to see the people grouped have a bit more of a story behind them as they could end up feeling like there isn't any reason other than seeing what sticks. Overall a nice first show with some great potential.
TBC Feedback
Interesting opening show, the qualifying matches were a great way to debut talent which put together some nice parings although there were no real shocks in any of the matches. I’m fine with the ending and I’m excited by the potential of a Seth Rollins / Kevin Owens feud. I understanding the lack of a women’s title may be for storyline purposes but I found it strange that the show found the time to have 2 women’s matches on the card.

Thank you all for the constructive feedback. In response to the positive press that the opening show of GPW received, it has put out a number of advertisements hyping this week's show as the Heavyweight semi-final tournament week.

Pretty happy with my feedback and a draw this week but I promise you there are more story lines than just the main event (that itself included two)...I agree about casual fans probably hating the look of my roster as they might not know everything but there we go...
