WWA Season 9

Everybody may add £5 Million to their transfer budgets for submitting their shows and voting / feedback.

Thanks for the feedback gents, shall get the table updated in a moment after I address a couple of comments. Firstly sorry about the no recap, I didn't think to do one until after I posted, I did throw a recapisode up in the chat but, I think it got eaten up. If any one would like to read the recapisode, give me a shout and I'll pm it over to you.

The other one I wanted to comment on was the rookies/veterans thing, my original plan was to have it just for this week, it was my way of saying, ok, I've not really worked with these guys before, let's see what they can do. I don't think there is going to be divisions in that light but, we will see.

Also, thank you guys, you have given me great confidence in my later plans and a big thank you to Prometheus for refusing to trade me Barrett as I've had to come up with another plan for my world title picture and I think I've found something better.

Right, I'm off to update the table and then I'll come back and throw up the sheep game. Tooze, its good to see you back man, sorry to hear about all the crap bud, I think it's something in the air, I blame the Torries lol. I know you can't win any budget injections but, feel free to get involved with the sheeps if you fancy it.

WWA Sheep Game

It's that time once again where we all go bah, that's right it's sheep time. I have the houner of running this weeks game. The winner of each game and the host will each receive a 5mill bonus for their budget. If there is a tie, both players will receive 2.5mill each.

I found an answer but I'm not certain of how accurate it is.

Basically a wrestler who has starred in a comic book movie...the 6CW version would be Anthony Grace playing Gambit...but yeah, there's a pretty obvious one that I slightly forgot about.

I'd also like to thank Prometheus for extinguishing my hopes of winning WWA and now I can focus on pleasing myself rather than others

Apart from cutting down the length of segments I don't think I've once bowed to feedback pressure...still unsure about the "no star power" line I got...look at my roster.

Prince Devitt, Samoa Joe, Daniel Bryan, AJ Styles, Bray Wyatt, The Young Bucks, Hiroshi Tanahashi and Shinsuke Nakamura are some of the biggest names in wrestling at the moment...add in to that mix guys like Sin Cara who are over with kids and then you've got a pretty good start...not everyone is going to be a star but next week you have matches like

Devitt v Bryan v Ibushi...not enough star power?

I think I miss-read the question... I had visions of Russo booking Batman against Scotty Riggs on an episode of Nitro back in '99! I have answered the questions now.

Didn't think it would happen, but some of the feedback (that was positive) has made me rethink plans for Week 2. Same feud but a better way of doing it. Injuries caused it though, makes it hard for me to build feuds when I can't use some of the key players.

Week 1's Tanahashi injury gave me the idea for Ibushi taking him out, originally it was just going to be a normal match but instead it caused Ibushi to be heel...this week, once again one of the injuries has helped further a storyline I had planned but in a different way.

I do miss the days of one injury though...two means more of a chance to mess up story lines haha

With the season still so young it's hard to pick out story lines that have developed to have me fully invested but I am looking forward to EWA's use of heel Bayley as well as them creating their own Heyman guy. NGPW's continued portrayal of Raven as the unwanted champion and Nxtreme's use of Chris Sabin. I'm also curious to see what spin give HHH/Rollins as it's something we've seen in real life, will be interesting to see it with a new angle.

Due to confusion over question 4, if people wish to change their answer they may, I will extend the deadline until 8pm. Viper is correct in thinking comic book character played by a wrestler, there are several.

Can't believe how oblivious I was.

Released Viscera because I had no plans for him, created a heel Undertaker/Kane partnership with Paul Bearer, forgot Viscera was part of Undertaker's Ministry of Darkness

Luckily I resigned him and he can fill in while Kane is "injured" this week.

What promotions do you guys keep up with at the moment?
In all honesty, in 2015 I have probably watched a handful of of Lucha Underground episodes and read the odd WWE/ROH spoiler here and there if I'm being honest.

I read WWE recaps, check out NXT sporadically and check out random matches on youtube but in all honesty the amount I work I don't have much time. My favourite things are PWG previews.

I watch RAW and NXT weekly, keep up to date with TNA and watch the odd match here and there. Got a week off work coming up so might binge my way through Lucha Underground.

Oh, and ICW. Everyone should watch ICW. Stop what you're doing and go watch ICW. Im serious.

Waw, bellatrix, hew, pcw and rev pro have all been visited this year by me, but out of those waw and bellatrix are the ones I see most
On tv I watch raw and the occasional impact and keep up to date with nxt. I keep up to date with some Scottish promotions too and progress and rev pro

When nXt used to be on Sky Sports, I used to try and watch that weekly but don't really have any desire to try out the WWE Network, although maybe it's worth trying the free trial once there's some loads of excellent nXt PPV content to watch.
