Tag team titles - Small spoiler
It has been confirmed the The Dudleyz will have a title match at NOC
They don't know who they will face as New Day face PTP on Raw.
Will New Day drop the titles to PTP on Raw, and then PTP to The Dudleys at NOC??
When The Dudleys returned they went straight to PTP so I can see it happening......

The New Day are the best thing about WWE at the moment. They should retain against the Prime Time Players, and then steal a win against the Dudleys (or lose by DQ?) to keep that rivalry going. PTP yet to have a rematch hence next week but I expect New Day to retain to put that one to bed.

Re: Tag team titles - Small spoiler
The introduction of the Dudleys I think was good for WWE for a couple of reasons. They have that nostalgia kick, which I do think gets some fans back. And they have credibility in a division that has two good teams (PTP and New Day), but Los Matadores and Ascension are jobbers and its unclear what WWE will do with the Lucha Dragons (experience would suggest little).
I think that WWE has played pass the belt too much in this division this year. That doesn't leave me on the edge of my seat thinking anything can happen, it just makes the belt look like a trinket to be handed around. So, I'd like to see The New Day retain for a while and I'd like to see them have a prominent role in a team at Survivor series.

I don't have a problem with some quick changes of title. I know there's prestige etc, but sometimes I feel it all becomes a bit formulaic. It works to grab attention sometimes.

Oh yeah. Its just that I think we've been through that phase now with the tag belts.
This time last year, we had The Dust Brothers. Then Miz & Mizdow. Followed by the Usos. Kidd & Cesaro. The New Day. PTP. And the New Day again. So, I think just time to calm the 'hot potato' booking for a while now.

The issue I have is that I'm not sure we have a good "dominant" team in there right now. Because the New Day are the stars, but they also are not really meant to be portrayed as the best team, you have to juggle a bit in my opinion.

True. I've said for a little while that this division is at the same time strong and weak. So, it is making for some of the most compelling viewing and I really enjoyed the 4-way at Summer Slam. But also you are right that there is no dominant team.
I think one of the issues is that IMO when Vince looks at a tag team he immediately thinks 'who will be the star when the break up'. So tag teams are really only there to lead to an eventual break up angle. And that stifles any real commitment in the teams or the division. Obviously you can get great stars and angles from the tag division (e.g. HBK, or you can argue that DB started to get over big partnering with Kane), but I think there is also room in wrestling for the teams who pretty much spend their career together, and that seems to take a wee bit more investment than WWE are willing to put in right now.

Losing the Usos is a big loss because they are so focused on being a team and not what else they might be. The Dudleys returning is good in that regard too as they are a team and no other extension, and so far they've actually faced a few teams not just dropped right into the title picture without any build. There are signs, but The New Day are too good to be jeopardised by building a traditional dominant division.

Uso's were a crazy dominant team before they eventually lost to Dusty Brhodes. They were Champions for over a year before we got some throwaway reigns.
I agree with Prom about it being strong and weak at the same time, somehow. The top teams are great and the bottom arent, theres no in between. The potential is there but its not being used.
