Yeah you can do that.

How about £6m to loan both Cahill and Fellaini for the season (£3m each). You can recall Cahill if both your CBs get injured (you have Zapata as cover too) or recall Fellaini if De Rossi is injured. If you have to recall either of them, then I get some or all of my fee back, depending on how far through the season we are.
Before Week 1 - I get £3m back per player
Weeks 1-3 I get £2m back per player
Weeks 4-7 I get £1m back per player
Weeks 8-9 I get nothing back.

Why dont you think about negotiating with a few teams rather than just diving in with one, i was willing to negotiate and you may have got a better deal. And is there a comment anywhere you both agree to the loan deal or has BigFella just confirmed it?

And it would be a good idea to update your team page?

Have to say that condition is BullS*** and cant believe you went with it. I would have made a better offer, even matched it and allowed you to negotiate. Think BigFella has been quite sly there not allowing you to come up with another deal.

He only put that condition in as he knew he had competition from other people for Cahill and Fellaini. Plus we had money there to burn as well, Almighty has 40m.

Sorry but i can see you losing Gervinho permanently as you cant reject it if Smarts offers the 7m. And i think he will as i dont think he will pay 7m for a loan for a season then give you him back.

If you had sold both the players rather than loaned them out you could have had 30m or so from them as i was tempted to offer 15-17m for Fellaini and Almighty was ready to pay cash for Cahill.

Was thinking of making an offer where i would buy Fellaini ready for next season with a offer upfront now and Future Fee to be paid over the season so then i have him permanently next season but would probably confuse things.

If you do decide to sell permanently, then I would be interested in making their loans permanent. I didn't include the FF not because I don't want them permanently, but because you don't want to sell yet.
