Player Releases

If you wish to release a player, post the name of the player/players in the comments section below.

You will receive half of the player's value, and can add the release fee to your budget. No discussion will be entered into over the given release values.

The release value will be calculated using the value you paid for the player. i.e if you sign for £2m, you will get £1m release price. If you have not previously signed the player, then you will get half of market value

You are allowed to enquire about a maximum of four players a day, anyone who persistently goes over this will have a random player taken off them. No carry over, if you do not enquire one day, you lose them.

You must confirm the release on both the Releases page itself, and also on the Transfer Confirmation page.

Players that have been released can be signed at any time by any manager. You must also confirm this here and on the Transfer Confirmation Page.

If you sign a player from releases, and then re-release them, you will only get half the value that you paid to get them from releases initially.
That player will then go back onto the releases list at the first release price.

You are Afro. The rule is half what you paid for them Fan, if Bahebeck was a freebie then you can only release him for free.

Grafite - (£5.75m) call it £6m
Cole - £4m
Keane - £2m
Cacau - couldn't find the deal that signed him, so gone with market value £3m
Nelson - £2m

Diniyar Bilyaletdinov - part of that ridiculous deal that Azzy did to ruin Stoke, but only player swaps. Therefore, market value is around £7m, so release fee - £3.5m

He had a good year for the ressies. Is an attacking CM.

Not sure he will get much of a look in next year though.

We have a great group coming through the youth system now, but the one who will make it is Ross Barkley. A box to box to midfielder, who if not for a broken leg last year, I think would be on the edge of the first team now.

Meyler was a free transfer signing so can only be released for Free. Afro will know the price on Degen as he sold him to Bolton when he was Loserpool manager. Basically you get half the price you bought them for.

You get half of what you (Bolton) paid for them (or half market value if you didn't sign them).

Meyler was a free, so you get nothing for releasing him and Degen was signed for £1m, so you get £500k
