Yes, it's good for the Super 6, where I think Arsenal will win 3-2.

Chelsea doing really well holding Norwich at bay at Stamford Bridge. They have kept it to 0 - 0 so far.

Re: We Go Again! The Premier League thread
Leicester have hardly played the big boys. They were thumped by Arsenal and drew with Tottenham.
They also drew against Southampton, Stoke, Bournemouth.
But have won against Watford, West Brom, Crystal Palace, Norwich, West Ham, Aston Villa, Sunderland.

Re: We Go Again! The Premier League thread
What on earth happened to Newcastle? They were playing at home yet we have the following stats
Shots: 8 - 18
Shots on target: 0 - 7
This is reflected in the 0 - 3 scoreline.
Even when Leicester scored there didn't seem to have been much of a reaction (no shots on target) while Leicester continued to attack.

I'd say Norwich could be in trouble since they can't even beat Chelsea, but the teams below them are so rubbish there's no real point.

Re: We Go Again! The Premier League thread
One of the worst performances, it's so frustrating. Still think he's looking for the best setup, to suit Wijnaldum, as he can't play wide. Having Anita & Tiote as the central two just doesn't work, we've got no technical midfielder, as we've never replaced Cabaye. Thauvin needs to be shipped back to France ASAP. I'm worried, but think Villa, Sunderland & Bournemouth are worse, that's hardly something to shout about, I know.

Re: We Go Again! The Premier League thread
What a cracking win by WBA. Totally deserving, in taking all three points against that pretty woeful & overly hyped Arsenal side. No wonder Leicester are top, this league is dire in terms of the top teams, truly dire.

Re: We Go Again! The Premier League thread
Update on Leicester's Season so far:
Beaten (thumped) by Arsenal
Drew with Tottenham.
Drew against Southampton, Stoke, Bournemouth.
Have now won against Watford, West Brom, Crystal Palace, Norwich, West Ham, Aston Villa, Sunderland, Newcastle.
Analysis: Have yet to play the usual top seven teams (apart from Arsenal & Spurs) but winning against usual lower ranked teams.
Forecast: likely finish in lower part of top half of division (11th - 7th). But safe from relegation

Re: We Go Again! The Premier League thread
Leicester don't care about having lost to Arsenal or can't beat the supposed top, top teams. Carry on beating the rest, while seeing no other rivals on consistent unbeaten runs, is going to see them higher than a top 7.

Leicester ...13 ..........8 ...............28
Chelsea ....13 .........-6 ...............14
But can't see Chelsea finishing below Leicester. I can see Man City, Man Utd, Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool, Everton, Chelsea finishing above Leicester. Of the 14 games to be played against these teams, Leicester have played two games gaining one point.

Didn't think we'd be 2-0 up after 25 minutes, have to keep this up though.

Re: We Go Again! The Premier League thread
I find it weird that BBC radio five live are broadcasting the Barcelona Real Madrid match rather than the Man City Liverpool match. There is no context to the Barcelona - Madrid match. It is just a fancy match plucked from another league that the majority of British listeners are not following and don't have much interest in.

Re: We Go Again! The Premier League thread
City are so bad without Kompany. Do have to have some sympathy, half fit Aguero isnt a huge threat, and no Silva is still massive.
Arsenal being so typically Arsenal. Newcastle and Norwich making sure we don't know for sure who will go down.

First, a lot of people have interest in El Clasico.
Second, TalkSport have the "rights" for the City game.

Don't care who they're missing, to be 3-0 up against City in half an hour is superb.

Re: We Go Again! The Premier League thread
Absolutely fantastic goal.
Klopp has been totally justified in his selection of Firminio, don't think Mangala or Demichelis know what to do with him, and then right behind him Lallana and Coutinho have been great, defensively particularly.

Sympathy isnt a discredit. As bad as City are at the moment, Liverpool have the swagger about them now. Goals are not done, definitely

and the winners of all this........
Manchester United. Think all the results went for United before the international break & now they're happening again.

Klopp is playing Lovren and Milner. I thought Lovren was supposed to be rubbish and Milner too slow.
Liverpool Team ...................... Man City Team
Mignolet ............................... Hart
Clyne .....................................Sagna
Skrtel ....................................Demichelis
Lovren ...................................Mangala
Moreno ..................................Kolarov
Milner ....................................Y Touré
Lucas.....................................Fernando
Can ......................................Navas
Lallana ..................................De Bruyne
Firmino ..................................Sterling
Coutinho ...............................Agüero
Apart from Clyne and Coutinho City have all the star players
