HBK
Kurt Angle
Any others are welcome

Re: Retirement!!
I think HBK got his right to be honest. Flair probably should of called it a day after the send off he got from the WWE. Hogan should have probably finished after his last run with WWE as well IMO.

Hogan - 2003
HBK - Should still be active
Flair - 2001 (the last Nitro)
Taker - WM25
Angle - Glad he's still active

Re: Retirement!!
Ric Flair - I think he went on too long when the WWE finally pulled the trigger, and then he keeps going anyway after the send off they gave him! He probably should have stopped after Evolution, and he could have stayed an on-screen talent.
Hulk Hogan - After his last WWE run at least...
Undertaker - I think the time may have been this year, and possibly next. He can't keep going and only wrestling one match a year for much longer. 20-0 has a nice ring to it!
HBK - I would actually have advocated him staying on for a few more years...he seemed more than capable of performing, but if he can go out on top and the way he did, I guess I can't quibble.
Kurt Angle - I don't think he needs to retire yet; but I do think when he does, he should do so in the WWE! The same goes for Sting...

I just looked at their twitter page and they say the site was the subject of an illegal DDOS attack. They claim the police are involved

Re: Retirement!!
Ric Flair- He should have retired from the ring in the early noughties, perhaps earlier. If he really felt like he needed to carry on in the ring, he should have at least retired after the emotional match with HBK. There was nothing to stop him carrying on as just an on screen character, such as a manager.
Hulk Hogan- Like Flair, he should have finished years ago. He hasn't had a good match for a very long time and to be honest, his pulling power is just the same whether he's in the ring or not.
Undertaker- I think he should be thinking of retiring now, I'm hoping we see him finish at 20-0. He is really pushing his body hard, but has re-invented himself in recent years and has still managed to put on some excellent matches with Batista, Edge and HBK, and Triple H. I hope he saves himself for WM 28 and puts on a really good match to go out on.
HBK- He retired at the perfect time IMO. Although as fans we wanted him to carry on, I respect him a lot for knowing when to call it a day. He didn't wait until he was broken down, he retired on the top of his game and that's how we want to remember him.
Kurt Angle- Although he seems detirmined to kill himself in the ring, I think Angle is still going strong and has a couple more years in him yet.

Re: Retirement!!
Welcome back Bret, water under the bridge as far as I’m concerned and glad you’ve decided to return.
Ric Flair – After the HBK match, I understand why he returned but it still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.
Hulk Hogan – After the Rock match at Mania
Undertaker – One more match at Mania to get the 20-0 and then call it a day.
HBK – I’d have liked him to have continued, he obviously still had it but good on him for getting out while he could.
Kurt Angle – Before he dies, I’d much prefer for him to be in WWE where they could be monitoring him more.

Re: Retirement!!
Can't say I disagree with any of what you guys are saying,
If it wasn't for the streak the Undertaker would have retired for sure by now.
For me HBk could of retired after he won the world title at SS'02 only for the reason that it would have been a great send off.

Re: Retirement!!
It would have been, but I always feel like we missed out for a long time when HBK was out and so it was right that he was going on into his forties. He never lost his ability to have a great match and I think he has alot to offer.
He did the right thing by himself by going out on top, but he could still be going and creating great moments and future stars from my own selfish point of view.
Anyone think Angle will ever be back in the WWE?

I think he'll have one more match at least at a wrestlemania the same time he goes into the hof at worst and at best have that one more run

Re: Retirement!!
Good thread!
HBK - Still should be active
Taker - The Streak is the most important thing in Wrestling today. Whilst he can have one match a year & there's credible challengers he should stay active as a part time attraction
Flair - After the last Nitro. What has he ever acheived of note since?
Angle - One more run in WWE then he should put his boots up
