What Team/Coach combination would not win it?
Who wouldn't win the RWC?
So the Team/Coach combination above with the least votes wins.

Giving Lancaster the weakest team isn't fair.

He was selected to take the edge off Argentina. They have quite a strong game at the minute.

Perhaps but I would say that SA,NZ and AUS all have better players than Argentina.
Would balance it out if you swapped Gatland and Lancaster. Think Gatland could suit Argentina.

Yeah, you're right beshocked.
I'm unable to edit the selections.
If a mod can change it to:
NZ - Lancaster
Argentina - Gatland
You are allowed to cancel vote to change your pick.

I think Australia would only win the RWC under Schmidt if Joubert reffed the final

Re: Who wouldn't win the RWC?
Lancaster would be like John Mitchell... create a bunch zippy front five wing forwards who would play great rugby at times but ultimately get beat.

Re: Who wouldn't win the RWC?
Ahh yes, the poll is much more interesting now. Lancaster the weakest of the coaches by a massive distance but I think NZ are so talented they could win it regardless of who coaches.
You couldn't possibly select a centre partnership as slow and predictable as Burgess and Barritt from the available players,

Far be it from me to interfere in an already adjusted op but shouldn't Michael cheika read Vern Cotter? Thought it was the home nations coaches involved?!?!

Re: Who wouldn't win the RWC?
Anyway, Cotter or Cheika is irrelevant really, The Argies have got my vote. Despite their excellent performances during the WC and their demolition of a depleted Irish team, think they're still the weakest of the 4 nations left. I also think though, that they are the team with the most potential for improvement and could quite easily be the ones to challenge the Blacks for supremacy in the longer term!

Didn't Argentina once make the SF essentially playing Gatland ball?
So I'd go with them. I don't understand Lancaster, but I'm sure he'd do something daft in the name of teamwork

In 2007 that would've been. Argentina are clearly a different animal now as they showed on the weekend. Also i'm sure they would've scored a try or two against a 13 man Aussie team.
