Poor luck with injuries I suppose. 3 striker out, 2 (basically) long term. Leaving us with the human wardrobe

3-0 counter attack should be where the money is being placed here

Re: We Go Again! The Premier League thread
Hope Klopp doesn't make to much of the first goal being resultant of a foul. Want to hear him address the diabolical performance of Liverpool as both a defending/attacking unit it. Oh and if he happened to mention he has already found a buyer for Benteke and lined up a new striker, that would be nice to hear.
Well done west ham. Bossed the game.

Re: We Go Again! The Premier League thread
Essentially, nothing has changed since Rodgers went. Predictable spark in performance under Klopp at the beginning, but now the honeymoon & reality has set in again. Season is a write-off. Liverpool fans just need patience now, you berate Lovren & now it's Benteke's turn, but nothing will change until next season.

Re: We Go Again! The Premier League thread
Klopp doesn't have a great record in the transfer market and too many are overlooking Dortmund's horrific fall from grace last year and then how he just walked away when the going got tough. He inherited a team with a strong young German core at a time when Bayern were in transition, once the players started to leave his record as manager became quite average.

Relatively easy win to be honest. Still a few injuries, Lanzini gone for a few weeks again is a huge blow, but Payet back is a massive bonus.

Re: We Go Again! The Premier League thread
Usually berate the players who are playing incredibly poor. Lovren and Benteke get it because A. They are playing crap (Lovren had a few decent games and B. Their price tag. Admittedly they didn't choose their own price but the more you spend the more you expect.
With Benteke it so infuriating because you know tha klopp will be drumming into him every day how he expects him to play and he looks as if he walks onto the pitch and gets that sensation where you walk into a room and forget what you've walked into it for..

Re: We Go Again! The Premier League thread
If we were at home, then maybe. Seeing as we've got 29% possession, I doubt we will be doing anything other than bending over at the Emirates & sent packing. Giroud will no doubt add to his tally this afternoon

I wonder if that's Sadio Mane's tactic to get sold, by being late today? Wouldn't surprise me, neither is the fact it's 0-0 at the Hawthorns.

Re: We Go Again! The Premier League thread
We should of scored by now, no wonder we want Michy Batshuayi to finish off these chances. Arsenal been pretty awful today, but will probably end up winning this.

Garth Crooks says it shouldn't of been a pen.
1 thing you can guarantee is it's 100% a pen then.

Re: We Go Again! The Premier League thread
draw does neither side any good at the stadium of light. if leicester can't win against 10 men, that's them hitting the wall & will become vulnerable now. liverpool stopped their momentum & once the wins stop, it's difficult to get back on track, could be three games without a win.

Re: We Go Again! The Premier League thread
Poor defending by Darmian letting the cross come in and then De Gea's positioning wasn't great letting the ball loop over him.

that was the ref, who ruined the game, we were totally dominant in that game, but like now, we have no finisher at the club. Also, we just basically outplayed Arsenal.....
