TMO Protocols

There has been plenty of discussions on here in the past about the use of TMOs in different facets of play, well you now have a chance to do something about it.
On the World Rugby Website there is a link to a 5 question questionaire, they are looking for interested parties to answer said questions, with a view to finding out if it is satisfactory or it needs amending in some way.
So if you want it changing in some way, you know what to do.
