My two were Sanches who's currently 600k on TM yet I bid £5m on as he's linked heavily with Utd, Real and Bayern in a big money deal & Sane who I went £4.1m extra on because he's the best young player in the Bundesliga this year.
Most I went was £19.3m for the £15m rated Mahrez.

Id push the boat out for Mogan, Huth and Iheanacho.
Favours of the month like Iheanacho who are also young are always winners in this league

Re: The World League
I went big on Aduriz due to him being quite cheap on TM but having a great season, I felt that in case of people thinking the same thing as me I put extra cash in for him.
Any spare money I had at the end, I threw into my bid for Thiago Alacantra.
Extremely Happy with Hector Herrera for £13m too! What do all of you guys think of my buys so far, only have to rebid for a striker now, potential lineup…
--------------------Zoet-----------------------
-----Vrsaljko—Matip—Naldo—Ansaldi
-------------Verratti—Herrera--------------
-------------------Thiago----------------------
Narsingh---------Aduriz-------------Nolito
Thoughts?

Re: The World League
Done a "players in the league" thread to refer to.
Off out now, anyone can send their squad to me but I wont open any PM's* until I send my 2nd round picks to BamBam.
*Apart from Nando's who sent his during the re-bids and I accidentally opened it, as a result I wont be going for any of the players he went for.

I think Martial wide left, Dybala upfront and a better AM is the way to go for you.

I'm not keen on Martial on the wing, I may though put them both upfront though I do also love the thought of a Correa & Dybala partnership.

Weigl is quality, thought he'd go under the radar!

He is boss. Was hoping for a Weigl/Neves partnership but Nando nabbed Neves (not easy to say after a few pints). Hoping now that Sanches gets the big money move to Utd or Real.

Re: The World League
Nobody else rate Mario Suarez and Santi Cazorla as a midfield partnership then?
(Admittedly no-one else tried to sign them )

Re: The World League
Cazorla is a diving knut, I hate him. Cracking footballer with the ball at his feet, conniving con artist when in danger of losing it. I've never seen Mario Suarez play I don't think, quite how I don't know. Maybe I have and he did a Carrick, so far under the radar his middle name is 'periscope'.

Re: The World League
Sent my bids to BamBam, added mine and the three PM's I've received to the spreadsheet.
Still to send sometime this weekend ideally:
Holymiky, Nadeem, Olly, Hero, Trebs, Viva

Re: The World League
I'm currently weighing up do I go big on the RB or the CM replacements. There's one in each I'm keen on but I'd have to then get a reduced player in the other area.
