Voting wise will it be the managers from the different league voting?

Re: The World League
As a heads up on the players:
Kenny Tete - Current right back for Ajax and is now appearing in the Dutch squad
Sergej Milinkovic-Savic - Centre midfielder who won the Bronze Ball at the u20 World Cup in which his nation Serbia won, has been bought by Lazio and has played 19 league games this season.
Elseid Hysaj - Current right back for Napoli who are still top of Serie A, probably the best right back in Italy this season.
Jorrit Hendrix - the defensive midfielder for PSV

Not a good sign when you have to explain who your players are!

The key to these leagues is to find obscure youngsters in form who then get treated like superstars in voting.

Football's funny. We can't beat Peterborough over two games, they get hammered by Bradford and we win at Goodison.

It depends on the voter, I'm very much a 'form' voter, some though are very much 'class' voters, just need to look at the variance in the teams to see that.
I'd also say the players are not obscure, but that the person who doesn't know them just hasn't done enough research. You can't turn up at a real football match and win just because you don't know the opposition.
Hysaj has been the best right back in Italy this season but won't win votes because most people won't know who he is.

I've always found it interesting in these leagues, the players ive liked, some people don't rate at all, not that it matters it's opinions but when you feel like you build a decent team and you get voted down though.

Re: The World League
If it's a straight match up between Sane and Verratti, then no contest. Verratti is one of the best about and wins hands down. Not even close at the moment.
But that is why he probably cost 4 or 5 times more than him. Sane is great value for money

Could see it coming. Sums our season up. Three straight 3-0 wins and then a home defeat.

I didn't mean them two against each other mate I just meant in general whenever I have bought players I've always hesitated but saying that players who I have bought before have been well received too so I don't know.

I bought Verratti because he's fantastic, I want to build my team around him, when I was bidding for him I didn't care if anyone didn't like him or not

Morning Miky, I'm good how are you? I sent my bids in last night.
What's your opinion on Jose joining United? Do you wish you still kept him despite the poor results? Pep joining City and Jose very likely to come to United how will Chelsea react ?

Re: The World League
Well Viva,
I was constantly saying on the football board that I didn’t want Jose to go even though we were getting poor results and just write off the season but it happened and I had to deal with that as a fan of him and what he has done for us as a club. I’m not sure if you know but he is my favourite manager and the best in my opinion, the only managers who are on his level currently in my opinion are Guardiola and Ancelotti.
That brings me nicely onto City – I think it was inevitable that he would come to the Premier League and to be honest with you I was hoping he would come to us. My initial thought was that he had been put off by the amount of managers we have had which would have been a fair decision but Man City have had a few the past few years too although they have stuck with Pellegrini and Mancini for quite a while before that.
It will be hard for me to see Jose at Man Utd not in a bitter way but if I see Jose in the Premier League it’s at Chelsea, I think we should of written this season off and kept him at the club, it’s clear he wanted to stay due to the fact that he said he would never leave and he loves it at Chelsea before the decision was made. I imagine he will still love the club just as much as he did when he was there so I imagine it will be difficult for him to face Chelsea especially if he does go to Utd as it used to be quite a big rivalry when Jose was manager of Chelsea.
As for our new manager..I hope it’s someone well known and capable or young with plenty of potential but also capable of getting results, we are a team who needs to get results when challenging at the top, we are a title winning team/champions league team, we need to win matches. I hope whoever it is we get longevity and I think as long as we are at least fighting for the title every season the manager should be okay but some of our managers have been sacked when they have won more (see Di Matteo). I think Simeone has been named as a potential candidate, I like that but is it realistic? I say that only because he looks happy enough at Atletico Madrid but the opportunity of Chelsea may sway him.
The ex Chile manager has been mentioned and also the Juventus manager, Allegri. I can’t really think of many other candidates off the top of my head but im sure they are out there. Regardless of who it is, I would like longevity from them and from the club, I wanted that man to be Jose Mourinho as he looked to be in a place in his career where he could stay at a club and work on the team over a longer period but it didn’t turn out that way. I realise I have gone on a bit but these are my thoughts, I will be interested to know what you guys think.

Re: The World League
Jose deserves to be sacked and was clearly trying to get sacked ever since the physio incident

Re: The World League
I don't agree that he was trying to get sacked, what reason would he have to be sacked? The comments made about the physios being naive etc were early on in the season so it's not like the run of bad results had happened then.
I don't condone anything that happened with Eva either.
